The hotel was very pleasant and all the staff were friendly and helpful (particularly the reception staff who couldn't have been more welcoming). The car park was nice and secure albeit a short walk from the hotel. Our room (for three adults) was very nice and comfortable. We had a nice dinner in the hotel restaurant which was convenient as the nearest restaurants were quite some walk away. The breakfast was ideal and had all that we needed. We walked into Nevers town centre which seemed like a nice town on the river Loire.

The hotel had everything we needed. The secure parking was great for our rental car and only 80 metres from the hotel. The breakfast was inexpensive and great value with cold boiled eggs but you boil your own if desired. This hotel is privately owned and it showed in the appearance and staff.

It was clean , the staff was not so good in English but did the best to communicate and support in every possible way so it is more a + than a - in my perspective.

Rooms was a bit small , felt like a cruise cabin ( I am not too tall but was very close with my head to the ceiling) . so if you have issues with small spaces it can be a bit unpleasant , for me for 1 night no issue.

The hotel has a nice welcoming feel and the staff were very friendly. The room was quiet, warm and spacious. Free street parking outside the hotel was most convenient. Location is great, a short 10 min walk to the Sanctuary of Saint Bernadette.

The restaurant in the hotel was good. It was quite easy to walk into the centre of Nevers

I found the bed not the most comfortable and the room was a little small compared to other Kyriad hotels I have stayed in. Also, whilst the breakfast was good, it was not quite as good as other Kyriads.

Room was okay, Breakfast was very good, dinner was excellent, parking was very good. Staff were very good Anastasia on reception was outstanding.

Booked a garage parking and was allocated it efficiently. The following evening received a call from reception asking could i bring the key to reception for some expected quests on arrival to remove their bicycles off their vehicle and park them in with my vehicle. I felt vey uncomfortable with this request. However, on proceeding to reception was informed the other quests were happy with the parking and security cameras in car park and did not now need my garage sharing.

I found the pillows a bit small and not the most comfortable. Also, the bathroom was small.

Restaurant was closed, hotel picked because it had one, not clear at time of booking, pricey room

Excellent staff and great food in the restaurant. Also very close to the Saint Gildard Convent & Museum, which was our entire reason for being in town.

The room could've done with air-conditioning, but apart from that everything was superb.
