This is a private residence. The host is very kind and eager to help if you have extra needs. The room is comfortable and clean. It could improve with a few touches here and there, but staying here is indeed a good value for money. In this regard, some of the reviews I read from other guests are not fair. What you get here is more than what you pay for, I've been in hotels that charge 3 times more and which are 5 times way worse

The stairs to get to the room are a bit steep. Not for guests with mobility issues.

Very cosy place with a lovely host. The location is absolutely amazing. Surrounded by water and trees. Possible access by a city car. The standard is ok very good for the price.

The place is next to the water and very beautiful. The people where very friendly and helpfully and got along with English quite well. The terrace is very nice too.

The room was not clean,and there was a funny smell. The Moskitonet was broken. You need the window to be opened, because the room is right under the roof and quite warm. That could be a problem in summer if you like it cool in your sleeping room. There was a ventilation in the room, it might helps. The toilet is next to the bed just seperatet with a curtain. The whole place looks run down. I think with a bit of an afford they could do much better and more professional.
