Had everything we needed for an overnight stop before our flight. Shuttle to airport was free. There is a big shopping centre opposite which was handy for us to have a wander. The menu in the restaurant seemed good but not what we fancied on the night so we ate in a small Chinese restaurant round the corner. Breakfast was simple but tasty. Rooms were small but comfortable (beds a little on the hard side). Would highly recommend. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

There was not anything we found to dislike.

Upgraded to a beautiful, clean spacious room overlooking the road but didn't hear a thing! Great soundproofing if you don't open the window! Comfy bed, fluffy towels, the evening meal was very tasty; the shuttle driver was very helpful - and drove safely! Would give the hotel an 8.5.

No black tea on the courtesy tray and breakfast was a disappointment - no butter for bread, the eggs were cold and we had to wait quite some time for "sausage bites"... Might be helpful to have a list of TV channels and how to access them as the choice seemed very limited.

Staff was great. Front desk staff was wonderful. Dont exactly remember the staff name (kera or something). She was very customer focused.

Restaurant dinner staff was not great. She was more focused having chit chat with the other staff rather than focusing on who is dining.

We just want to say thanks to the staff members, especially Miriam delightful Arab hospitality!! She’s been our angel. Me and my partner had a bad experience at the airport and missed the flight we had to find something quick last min and we were honestly so happy of the service and hospitality they all been so helpful. We definitely highly recommend the stay at the hotel if you have any urgency or last minute flight. Super handy. Thanks guys see you soon!

Very close to Paris Orly airport. We spent one night during our trip. The hotel has a convenient and fast transfer from and to the airport by minibus. Nice and new interior, very clean, quiet. Very nice service. Good restaurant downstairs with very nice service. Tasty breakfast.

Nice basic airport hotel. Was quiet even though on main road. Walking distance to grocery store/shoping. Good value. Clean. Perfect for one night stay to get a flight next day. Shuttle pickup at Orly was great.

This is a nice airport hotel with a pretty good restaurant and stylish modern decor. The rooms are small but with built-in furniture so have an efficient layout. The bathroom is modern and very clean. The staff were all very professional and friendly, most spoke some English. We took the shuttle to the airport in the morning with no issues. Its about a 5 minute ride. All in all this is a good one night stay.

The first room we were given was on the back side of the hotel and very quiet however the AC didn't work so we were moved to another room on the street side which was somewhat noisy. The second room did not have the mini fridge in the cabinet and the shower head was broken but we didn't want to bother moving to a third room.

There was a very disturbing cigarettes smell in the room, like someone was smoking there a few minutes before. I had to open both windows for half an hour to even be able to sit there.

Convenient to food and airport. Timely shuttle to airport which is key

Just a tad too small, hard to open a suitcase and maneuver around the room at the same time

Staff was great, manage to get room earlier, despite the location it’s noiseless, supermarket, pharmacy, mini mall, access to Paris all nearby very short walking distance
