Lovely balcony and room on 5th floor. We had specified this room when booking from our previous visit. (See below)

When we arrived we had been allocated a room on the first floor with no view and immediately above the street. This was sorted after a short time, but should not have happened. The combined bath/shower is extremely dangerous as there is NO handrail to avoid slipping on exiting the bath . We commented on this the last time we stayed and also in our rating review, but no action was taken. This is a serious health & safety issue which is easily solved!

It's a fairly decent hotel, good quality fittings and furniture, comfortable bed, spotless cleanliness. Location is very good, a few steps away from the beach and the promenade with restaurants and bars. Perros-Guirec has a very good, laid-back vibe, we didn't plan to stay here for the night, but we liked it so much and have changed our plans.

Our room was facing nowhere but for 1 night and for the price we payed it was totally acceptable.

Very friendly and efficient staff. Incredibly clean. The breakfast surprised me by how plentiful and appetizing it was: warm & cold dishes, local specialties like far aux pruneaux, delicious yogurts, fruits, fresh and dried, wonderful tea selections and more. I also loved the spa area and enjoyed 2 blissful hours using the various saunas ( The Japanese Infrared was my favorite), hammam, the Himalayan Salt resting area was so peaceful! The 2 Jacuzzis were amazing! I liked that teh little Carrefour supermarket is very near, as well as many restaurants by the beach! I would love to stay there again.

The location is awesome, only a few steps away from the promenade at the waterfront. That the hotel frequently offers free water and croissants is a nice touch. Free public parking available on the street right next to the hotel.

Cleanliness of the floors was an issue - especially since the carpet in our room was not new at all. Also the fridge didn't really work.

Everything. The hotel room was super comfortable, huge and airy, super clean. Way above the concept of 3 stars. The staff was friendly and communicative and it was super handy to have a parking option beneath the hotel.

The breakfast in the morning is not worth the money because it has few options and is quite pricey for them considering you have a wonderful boulangerie at the back which has superb offers and good prices.

Decent sized room with a usable balcony. Good choice for breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff.

Reception has no control over the car park gate and there is no intercom. So on arrival have to leave car (I had already driven down the slope) to get the key fob from reception. Didn't use the spa facility but, though we were aware, think it odd that a spa has no pool facility.

Great location in the bay. Two minutes from the beach and great restaurants. Spacious and very comfortable room with balcony. Large bathroom. Excellent breakfast choices in a pleasant breakfast room.

Fantastic location at the heart of town, directly in front of the beach and buys promenade with shops and restaurants. Good spa facilities open till late. Parking also a plus.

It was quite expensive but it was peak season.

Our balcony on the top floor faced west and we enjoyed the great view and the setting sun. No distance from the seafront and all the restaurants.

Public parking was difficult at first but we were eventually able to find a spot close to the hotel.

Proximity to the ocean and harbour. Convenient parking. Very comfortable beds and rooms and fairly spacious. Staff was friendly and someone took our luggage to our rooms because the elevator was not working. Breakfast was wonderful.

Everything was wonderful.
