Clemence at reception deserves a very special mention. She assisted with our bags at arrival and departure. She also answered our questions and came up with very good suggestions of places to visit and where to eat. A very personable and friendly individual. Breakfast was excellent. The terrace in front of the room was spacious and views over the Cote D'azure were magnificent.

The room was very basic and guests need to bring their own shampoos, conditioners and creams etc. There are no lifts so dragging suitcases up stairs is problematic after a long and tiring journey.

Lovely location on terrace for breakfast with good choice of food. Items for lunch were also just what was needed. Location with much greenery and overlooking sea is unbeatable.

1. Some of the staff lacked charm, although most were very helpful. 2. Some of the bathroom fittings were failing - the waste plug for the basin had broken, and the soap dispenser kept falling off the wall. 3. As guests of Les Terracces, the staff in the main hotel did not make access to the beach terribly easy when our ability to walk was limited.

I have stayed here before, and the rooms are nice and clean and comfortable. Staff is very helpful and one young woman remembered me from last year. I can't remember his name, but the French man that checked us in was extremely helpful.

If you're not a light packer, like myself, there are some rooms with good views upstairs, but no elevator. Although, the man that checked us in was a huge help with the luggage. There are also rooms on the ground level that have nice terraces and easy to get to.

Breakfast delicious. Loved the fresh yogurt/fruit/cheese/salami, wonderful local honey with lavender. Lady in charge of breakfast very friendly and told me about the honey farm. All staff very friendly and helpful. Room fantastic and great view. I think would be helpful to make a little clearer what amenities are available in the larger hotel, ie can reserve sunbeds on private part of beach but there is a charge. A wonderful hotel and about a 3 min walk to lovely beach where you can snorkel and see fish. Great swimming beach and well maintained.

Nothing but would recommend car to get around local area.

Great location with a view of the sea from our room, a short walk up to a boulangerie & small marche and a short walk down to the beach. As the “little sister” to Le Bailli du Suffren you also get cheaper rates for beds down at the beach (albeit there is a public beach there too). Bed was comfortable, room was a good size & the pool was nice for a dip / to lay by. Parking is relatively easy & the rooms were nice enough (not luxury but all appear to have a great outdoor space).

The little fridge in our room didn’t work but they were nice enough to hold stuff for us in the kitchen fridge.

The styling is simple and fun, the beds are comfortable and the pool is beautiful. It's got a fantastic walking track just behind the hotel and we loved borrowing the free bikes to ride. The location is fantastic with lots of lovely restaurants and beaches just a short drive away.

We didn't have the friendliest staff but they met all our needs.

The local beach was a short walk away and so beautiful; lovely sandy beach and quiet bay. Easy driving distance to Saint Tropez. Great breakfast, parking and swimming pool. Charming room

A bit hit and miss about advice of where to eat/options of dinner or lunch in evening. May have been a mismatch between expectations/language barrier.

Beautiful setting and very good location. The sandy beach is an easy walk from the hotel, and other even nicer beaches can be reached with 5-10 minutes driving. The breakfast is very good, combination of the french and intercontinental style. The rooms with the big terraces are great with kids. The same company has a 4star hotel on the beach and you are allowed to use most of their facilities which is a great add-on. The hotel seamed to be fully booked, but in the same time it never feels overcrowded, very laid back.

The radiator in the bathroom was so loosely attached to the wall that it almost fell on my 2 years old son. On the second night the huge mirror in the bathroom fell from the wall in the middle of the night and crashed, waking us up and filling the whole bathroom with pieces of glass. Both events could have caused serious injuries, we were lucky to avoid it. The staff fixed the radiator quickly and they cleand up the mirror - however we never got a new one during our stay...

Breakfast was very good, the location and views were superb, though walking to the nearest (two super restaurants) involved a short but arduous steep hill.

No flat surface in the room – not even a chair. Plus attention to detail not always great (e.g., liquid soap dispenser was never reinstalled after we asked).

View from room was Spectacular. We had room with "large" terasse on 1st floor. Breakfast considering size of hotel was OK for me.

At nigt it gets a little too boaring (Some people enjoy it). If you want to got to paid beach (walking distance) you may have trouble securing Sunbeds especially on weekends.
