Villa Otilia is an adorable spot on earth, high up in the perifery of the quiet village Rians, with a view of the Provencal landscape, aswell as of the beautiful, private garden. The hosts, Sylvie and Eric, and their little dog, made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived, and could give useful tips on nice places to visit, city parkings, local restaurants, etc. Rians is situated within an hour or two by car from the Mediterranian, lavender fields, picturesque towns and vineyards. We leave with a sense of peace and fragrance of lavender and jasmin in our minds. /Mother and daughter Y&L

The Hosts Sylvie & Eric are wonderful people that have opened their home with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The surroundings are beautiful. The Villa and property are meticulously maintained. If you are looking for a peaceful getaway this is your place! We finished a 3 week European trip at the Villa for 3 days and it met all our expectations and more. Communication with the hosts was easy. Sylvie cooked us dinner (requested in advance) upon our arrival and it was terrific. Everything was fresh and clean at a very high level. We would love to come back again!

Villa Otilia really is a wonderful place. Sylvie and Eric are warm and friendly. They built up this little paradise with care and a great eye for details. From the beds at the pool to everything in the house and in the rooms, it’s all of the best quality. We were unlucky to have the mistral one day, but Sylvie made it up by serving us good food. The house is very beautiful, with a wonderful view, the room is confortable and well designed, the shower excelent, the swimming pool is gorgeous! And the owners are always there for you with a big smile. We absolutely loved this place. If you have dinner in Villa Otilia you will enjoy Silvia's good food and interesting wines, selected by Eric, and, on top of that, you will enjoy their lovely company and very likely also the company of other guests. Everything is peaceful and clean. Excelent breakfast, by the way. A big thank you for making our holidays so special. We really appreciated the excellence of all what we got. This is a place to come back.

Magnificent nature views and great surroundings

Villa Otilia is one of the most charming hosts, we ever experienced. It was an exceptional visit! Silvie and Eric are perfectionist, no matter if it comes to the accommodation with the large and clean pool, the phantastic rooms, the extravagant garden etc. etc. This page would not be sufficient enough to cover all the positiv things. Beside this, we had been complemented with roadbooks showing the insides of the Provence in a different way (abroad from all the touristic streams...) We will definitely come again!!!

Beautiful & clean villa, comfortable beds

Hostile and condescending hosts. They have strict rules that are not indicated anywhere. And when asked about it, they’d say that everyone who’s educated and has common sense would know. FYI since it’s not posted anywhere here on Booking: - No outside food and drinks allowed, everything should be bought from them. And alcoholic drinks can only be served with food. - Pool is only until 8pm - No eating / drinking around the pool - Barefeet only inside the house - Windows cannot be opened - so you won’t be seeing light or get fresh air at night in your room - we felt so hot in our one night stay and found no way to adjust the temp - expect them to go inside your rooms to check if everything is done correctly and be ready to get asked “is this how you do things at home?” - they won’t be providing keys to the gate / villa so it’s not a good place if you plan on returning past midnight for any reason (or you’d hear remarks from them)
