The location was good. The bathroom was clean nice fresh clean towels. It was cleaned to the best of capability with regards to the tiredness of the apartment.

We had a twin room the beds were not particularly comfortable but clean linen. The table top oven was very small. There was a lack of oven trays. What was available was too big for the oven. This defeated the decision that we had chosen self catering. The outdoor furniture on the balcony was very tired and uncomfortable.. We decided not to use. The seal around the entrance to the front door was rusted not a good image before entering the apartment.... I don't believe that what we paid we got very good value for money.

Ideal therapy for tired cyclists. We were greeted with a warm welcome. Accommodation was a 2 minute walk from the main hotel but we were not disappointed as it was comfortable and spacious. We really enjoyed the amazing spa facilities, with warm mineral water similar to the spas in Bath England. Ideal relaxation after a week's hard cycling holiday the last day before getting the Roscoff ferry home. Extensive range of breakfast food in contemporary restaurant.

No complimentary tea or coffee in the room

Location is excellent, short drive from ferry and close enough to walk into the centre. The apartment was large and comfortable, if a little sparse. I couldn't see us spending anymore than a day or two here but for the purposes of an overnight stop from a ferry - with secure parking and nice restaurants a short walk/drive away - it was ideal. We also found a nice restaurant on the harbour and the high street, though small, was pretty and well worth a mooch.

The check in is at a hotel - which looks very nice BTW, especially the restaurant - and there was only one person on reception. Quite hectic. Also, there is a tight turning circle for hotel suitable for only one car and no signs advising of this so all people checking in drive up to hotel, realise no parking and then can't easily get out! Again, hectic and quite frustrating after a long ferry trip. Hardly a deal breaker but I'd recommend parking up nearby and strolling to reception to check in/out.

Large and comfortable room, with well equipped kitchenette. The large secure car park adjacent to the property was a bonus, as parking can often be difficult in Roscoff centre. The patio was also a nice area to sit and enjoy a coffee.

The key collection was a little difficult and could, I imagine, be a lot worse in the high season. The key has to be collected from the main building further down the street, with no parking for a larger vehicle. This meant waiting in the road whilst one of the party ran in to collect the key, then returning to the car park with the code to gain access. Perhaps receiving the car park code earlier in the day may make this process easier ?

Studio apartment been 80% refurbished which was good and beds were clean and comfortable but the few things that had been left for example ceiling not painted - there were dark mould patches still showing was disappointing. There was nothing (e.g pictures on the wall) to make the space seem welcoming.

Could make the rooms nice and dark to sleep. Not noisy when we stayed there

The staff just seemed to be confused about everything. They all seemed new eg when reserving for dinner, one man at the front desk told us to go upstairs to the restaurant but they sent us back DOWNSTAIRS to fill out a request in the foyer. The lady on checking in didn’t know when we had to check out. The pool was expensive but not amazing and the jacuzzi was closed off

Easy access and parking. Close to sea and shops. Very quiet location. Reception explained all the facilities available. Comfortable. Self catering. As is usual in many French properties hob but no oven. Think I might take my Airfryer next time. There was also a small laundry room available.

All good.

Well appointed apartment, good parking and free to park.

Thought we had booked into the hotel, but after driving round Roscoff 3 times trying to find it, we even called in twice to another hotel for directions, when we eventually checked in, we were directed round the one way system to a block of apartments which apparently are The Residences, so if you are booking this, make sure you know what you are booking!

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The apartment spacious and light.Facilities are acceptable. It was a good place to relax in after investigating the town.

It is a little way from the centre but there are several enjoyable routes to walk into main part of town. This was not a problem.

we stayed in the studio apartments, The room had all you need, great location short walk to shops, restaurants, Excellent breakfast, a good selection

As the apartments were a few hundred yards down the street we had to walk down the street to have breakfast. which is ok if its not raining.
