The host was very friendly and super flexible, allowing me to arrive later than originally expected on a night when she and her partner were going out. I am very grateful that she still took the time to make some calls to local restaurants to see if they were still open because at 8:30 on a Sunday night, it's not easy. Her house renovation was lovely. Although we didn't cook any meals there, the kitchen was well equipped for it and Emmanuelle had quite few staple foods on hand to help make coffee. A short walk to a local bakery where I got bread and hot milk for breakfast, as well as 2 sandwiches for lunch for only 9 euros. A lovely, secluded outdoor space where you could have breakfast while being serenated by the local rooster! The home is great value for the money and only a 25km from Honfleur and Étretat, which are very expensive places in which to rent bed and breakfasts.

The staircase to the first floor, where you sleep and have the washroom and access to the backyard terrace, is very tricky to navigate especially with luggage in hand. The steps are narrow and the slope is steep, so a person with any kind of joint or balance problems should not rent this house, in my view, and I advise any patron choosing this lodging to exercise caution, especially going down the stairs. Otherwise, nothing but good things to say about this place!

Comfortable, clean and modern house in 30 min driving distance to Etretat. Nice little garden. Easy parking in the street. Spacious for 4 people. Fully equipped kitchen.

It would be nice to have a kettle in the kitchen. You need to be very careful with the staircase.

Entire house, very convenient for our family of 4. You can feel like a local person. Emmanuelle is a great host, very flexible (we changed our arrival time 3 times…) and supportive (all necessary info and instructions sent via message and also available in the house. Overall great stay.

Only the materess in one bedroom was too soft and not very comfortable.
