For a family of four in one room, it was adequate for one night. We had a swim on arrival which was nice although the pool area looked a bit tired. We had bed, breakfast & evening meal included, which meant 2 courses for each adult. My starter never arrived but the burgers we had were delicious, and then we had dessert which was good. Very nice staff in the restaurant. There was a slight discrepancy when we paid the bill on check out, due to the mix up with food in the restaurant, but this was sorted out, and we paid what we excepted to. Very good location, just off the A4, so great access to the motorway but not noisy. Overall would recommend for a good stopover hotel.

Technical problems while booking at the reception via booking.com Tried 2 times, each times was asked to provide card details for payment, which I did, however got the message it couldn't be booked😔tried 3rd time with the option pay at the property which meant that at the checkout I had to pay for the stay although I was already charged by booking.com twice for the stay! Was told that I need to contact booking.com to clarify and get the refund , which I did, still awaiting their response and money back....therefore disappointed ☹️ but the room/ hotel itself is very pleasant to stay in.

It might not be the most charming hotel from the outside, inside its absolutely wonderful! The staff is super friendly, there’s a nice and welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast buffet (including gluten-free options) is wonderful too! The rooms are clean and the beds comfortable. Our kids ended up being super sad that we were only staying for one night :-)

Location is great for travellers through France since it's two minutes off the motorway, but not at all noisy. Breakfast is excellent. Bar food in the evening is indifferent to poor. (If you want better than a dried out burger you need to head into town - but that's only 5 mins) Extremely welcoming of pets. The grounds are extensive and grassy bordered by woodland with pathways - so it's just great for post-driving dog zoomies Very friendly staff. Design of hotel is totally kid-friendly. Pool situated by the bar - so parents can keep an eye on things. A nice touch is a fizzy water dispenser in the hall way - much better than having to pay for bottled water!

Apart from the evening food there is nothing that isn't great.

Location

Needs coffee facilities in the room. Only tea is available in the room. They have a coffee facility by asking at reception but it is not explained if this is complimentary or an extra charge. I don't see any reason to supply tea in the room and not coffee. I generally don't have time to ask for a coffee at reception while checking out, but could easily make and enjoy a coffee while preparing to leave for the day.

the beer wine and food at the restaurant are beyond exceptional. Example: Childrens menu for a four year old was around 10Euro with three courses and a drink. it was the size and quality of the food that impressed us. one thing the French know well is how to do food properly. i had the Steak tartar and a Belgium beer. Was awesome. Rooms were great also. Plus there are multiple EV charge points across the road using chargemap card

The hotel is directly on the A4, which was very practical when traveling from Paris to Germany. The room is quite spacious, the beds are comfortable. Gut breakfast.

There was a faint smell of something in the room - perhaps a cleaning product.

Good location easy to find from the motorway, plenty of parking. Nice comfortable room with everything you need. Good bathroom again with everything. Great food in the restaurant. Friendly and helpful staff.

Nice dining and bar, clean and comfortable room

No room refrigerator. The room was rather hot with no A/C, so I needed to turn the thermostat down and open the window. No telephone either which was odd.

Everything was great - price, room, cleanliness. Breakfast at €18 each I would say is over priced for the service. But still for the price of the room it was a great hotel.
