I recently had the pleasure of staying at the delightful Hotel La Tartane, and I cannot express enough how exceptional my experience was. From the moment I arrived, I felt like a cherished member of an extended family. This charming hotel seamlessly combines the warmth and coziness of a family home with the impeccable service of a 5-star establishment. The true highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the exceptional staff. Every employee went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. Their commitment to providing personalized service is commendable. Every interaction with the staff was met with enthusiasm and a genuine desire to ensure that all my needs were met. Their genuine hospitality made me feel welcome and cherished throughout my entire visit. From the front desk to the housekeeping staff, everyone was attentive, courteous, and always ready to assist. The manager has done a remarkable job of assembling a team of exceptional individuals. Additionally, the hotel's shuttle services were a fantastic convenience. The transportation options provided by the hotel ensured that I had stress-free journeys to and from nearby attractions, making exploring the area a breeze. The hotel's restaurant, led by a talented chef, was a culinary delight. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was warm and inviting, with attention paid to every detail. The elegantly furnished rooms were both comfortable and stylish, offering a peaceful haven after a day of activities. Very small room. Location - not in the town and not near the beach. Had a lovely day at the beach 100 euros for 2 people on beds. Staff were amazing booking the beach and the shuttle was brilliant taking us and collecting us. Absolutely brilliant - couldnt have been better…. But the location of the hotel means that you need to shuttle there in the first place. It took 20mins to half an hour. Swimming pool at the hotel was beautifully maintained but a small area. Staff really did the best that they possibly could with the situation. Staff excellent!

Really beautiful hotel. Lovely breakfast and pretty room! Great staff and amazing service. Also offers a shuttle which was really helpful, quick and great. They really went above and beyond to help us and be very friendly. We would love to return next time we go to Saint Tropez. Loved it!!

Only small feedback I have was that the pool lunch was not very good - club sandwich was dry and that the room cleaning was really loud outside our room at 8-9am which was frustrating when you’re trying to sleep in. Would be nice with a gym!

Beautiful interiors, lovely relaxing feel to the hotel. I stayed here before the refurbishment and love the changes, very chic vibe! Breakfast was amazing every morning definitely worth it! Really cute additions like wellness shots with added magnesium etc! Staff were all so lovely and couldn’t do enough for us, the shuttle into town is such a good bonus too and were always super quick when we called for collection. Also loved the Diptyque bathroom toiletries!

Everything was perfect.

Staff is really welcoming and careful. The hotel is nice, having a great restaurant and a really good barman. We had an amazing time sipping our cocktails on the pool side. Beaches are near. Complimentary shuttle service will bring you where you need, till 12 pm. You can also enjoy a ride to the beach with EV bicycles offered by the hotel. Perfect place to enjoy St. Tropez and then chilling out at the Hotel. An amazing place..

Mosquito and the area is quite humid, but still manageable.

I cannot recommend the hotel enough! From the staff, to the delicious food to the service and facilities. The hotel has the best tarte tropezienne in St Tropez. The hotel conceirage is super helpful and accommodating. They offered a shuttle service around town which was very convenient since ubers are hard to get easily in St Tropez. Our rooms were always cleaned (3x a day) and the staff were always helpful to any of our needs. They take excellent care of their guests and make them feel at home. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would love to come back again.

Beautiful landscaping, very pleasant, photogenic hotel. Quite low key if you like privacy away from the loud buzz of St Tropez. Hotel is very well located between town and beach and offers a great, fun and complementary shuttle service to both. Hotel has recently been renovated so overall comfortable and up to date with very nice touches all around. I had a large mezzanine suite with a large private terrace and balcony. Very quiet with quiet but efficient AC. What really stands out here is the Staff!!! I cannot insist enough how wonderful everyone was, from the restaurant to the manager to valet, to housekeeping… this really is a strong point for this hotel which makes it special and stand out. Friendly, personal, approachable, professional and discreet. Breakfast is really wonderful… not overdone, simple with original, delicious products and a great start to the day!

I felt it lacked a little atmosphere, limited facilities (not even sure there is a spa or gym or a partnership with a nearby beach unless I’m mistaken ?) Pool is a hazard and should really be readapted with non-slip steps or at least a ramp or bar to hold on to.. my mom was unable to go in… its small and very deep which is strange. The price is exorbitant for what it is, but i was there the busiest week in St Tropez.

If you like design, then this is the perfect little place. It is absolutely beautifully renovated, themed tropical french mixed with a touch of Caribbean. Every room has a distinct touch, overwhelmingly beautiful. The staff and service doesn't miss a thing, they pay attention to detail and treat you very welcoming with a warm and welcoming attitude. If you want style, a bit of peace and chill to some good tunes, then this is the place. Whether a night in with some amazing Asian fusion or a shuttle into town, La Tartane has it all!

So tranquil yet still has a really nice atmosphere. The staff are incredible and the food is exceptionally good. It is located away from the centre of St Tropez yet they have two luxury transport vehicles which drop off and pick whenever you like as many times as you like. Free service also to the beach clubs as well. The pool area is immaculate and a really nice place to relax on super large sun bed cabanas.

Nothing, we even had a slight ac issue which they dealt with immediately and were so apologetic.
