This was our first of 32 nights in Europe. The proprietor accepted my request to arrive early (we showed up around 1:30 pm, exhausted). We were met at the door and given a very thorough showing of what was available at the property). We took a nap and drove ten minutes into the middle of Vienne for a long walk and dinner. We slept so well and so deeply that we were jolted awake at 9am the following day with breakfast being delivered to our room. Partly due to the blackout curtains, too. Breakfast was pleasant and served in the room with a coffee maker in the room.

Stayed in this amazing apartment when travelling to see Taylor Swift concert in Lyon. Perfectly furnished, spacious, convenient, with a beautiful terrace. As a bonus, it’s easy to reach a cute little town of Vienne nearby. Also I would like to specifically mention the owner - very friendly and willing to help/advise.

I reserved a night during Vienne's Jazz Festival. The room was quiet and I was happy with the overall accommodations. The host was very nice and offered breakfast (paid) as an option. There was 1 bus that went into town however during the festival, public transportation was limited and stopped running earlier than usual. If you are in pretty good shape and don't mind walking up hills, it is possible to travel without private transportation. My walk from in town to the residence was ~30 minutes, from the bus stop to the room was ~10. The room was a nice size, very clean and had a cute patio. I would not hesitate to book again if in the area. Definitely recommend for a short stay.

It is a little dark at night. I didn't notice many lights as I approached the residence.

Marie Francoise was very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was served in our room and contained lots of local delicacies and was delicious. The apartment was modern and clean with all the facilities needed and located in a very quiet area. Vienne has lots to offer for the history buff and a pleasant atmosphere. Perfect for a short or longer stay in the area.

Everything. The owner should open a school for the French Tourist board on how to run 10/10 short term rentals. Environmental. Spotless, great welcome, well equipped, great fixtures and fittings. Everything is well thought out. Absolutely 5*

Nice modern studio with kitchen and adequate cooking implements. Good shower. Confortable sofa bed. Quiet location. Good parking.

Difficult to find and GPS could not find exact location. Breakfast is OK but overpriced. Should only cost 1/2 of cost.

Nice location in rural area.. Large outdoor balcony.

Dysfunctional kitchen area. Dining table interferes with cooking meals. Lots of cigarette smoke wafts up from units below,

Very nice location, quiet, very well equipped studio. Vera pleasant owner, unfortunately our French knowledge was very poor, Google translate did the job :-) Very good breakfast.
