The location is fantastic. In the old town pedestrian streets in a quiet cul de sac, close to every amenity. The size of the bed room and ensuite shower. The lift and secure access. The excellent air conditioning. The helpfulness of the staff. The speed of check-in and departure. The huge extremely comfortable bed. The easy access to a pleasant area to walk our dog in the mornings and at night. The easy walk to the river.

It would have been nice to have had a kettle and not just a coffee machine.

We had a beautiful stay in this beautique hotel. Its a little gem. Lovely friendly staff, great environmental ethos. The location on the edge of old town makes it super for a visit to the market and local restruants. There is a lovely little dipping pool on the roof which is really well maintained. loved this place and will be back.

The room size was a bit small for a longer stay,. but not really an issue on this visit.

Given it's contemporary styling I was a little concerned (it's not my style really) but I was surprised by how lovely it was and how well it was organised. There was a circular bed in our room! I was very doubtful about that! But it was a brilliant way of using the space and it was wonderfully comfortable - maybe I should buy one. The location is terrific and the town itself is a complete gem. Breakfast was much better than most establishments and there was plenty of info for more curious travellers

It’s in the centre of the village, you can walk everywhere. The staff was really friendly and made sure everything was good during our stay. The swimmingpool was great!

The bar was already closed by 21:00 and in the village wasn’t much to do either so we had to go to bed earlier than we wanted to

Great location on the edge of the old city, next to the Penitents Noirs, one of the star attractions of Villeneuve de Rouergue. Modern, accessible building. Large very comfortable room with great light. Very friendly staff recommended a great local restaurant.

Very comfortable room and lovely breakfast. Very convenient location for the old part of Villefranche.

Tea-making facilities (kettle) and milk (for coffee and tea) in room would have been nice. Also, it would have been good to have soap for the bathroom sink. The only soap provided was in a dispenser on the wall of the shower, which small children may not be able to reach.

Clean, fantastic location, friendly staff, pool area was excellent, we didn’t have breakfast or use bar but it all looks great. Our room key failed on one night, had been at a wedding and got home at 3am, guy was there within 5 mins and sorted it, amazing service

Receptionist was excellent on arrival. We found all staff very pleasant and helpful. The comfort, facilities and location couldn't be better and so very very clean. Even fellow guests were friendly!
