we had a lovely time cant belive we came for so short shame! i could have spent hours in the pool! was so nicely decorated modern and clean everthing u could think of with garden decore!! loved it! beautifull!! we came after check in host was so kind about it and still allowed us to use the pool! thank you!

wasnt shown on website but property isnt completly urs. so ur not alone on the premisis as i thought....which wasnt what i was expecting so didnt feel so privert but also didnt meet anyone really so was ok. bedroom door was transparent with a see through curtain would have loved it more privert.

The house is located 13min drive from the city center of Perpignan in a very nice neighborhood where you have a free parking spot. The hosts are incredible, very nice and kind. They really love what they do and the put a lot of care in all the facilities. The room is very clean and they provide everything that you might need for your stay towels, soap, minibar). The breakfast is awesome (croissant, bread, butter, homemade jams, coffee, juice, fruit salad) and costs 15 euros per person per day. We really recommend the place. No wonder they have a very good evaluation of their place! Thanks for the stay!

Phil & Phillipe are very congenial hosts with excellent taste - the accommodation and decor is very simple, elegant and comfortable with fittings and finish of the highest quality. The saltwater pool is immaculate and beautifully positioned in the gorgeous garden space. The view to the mountains is stunning especially at sunset. The property is close to many amenities and leisure attractions including the lovely lake nearby. Much help was offered to ensure we found places to go to and enjoy. The breakfast was great, lots of fresh patisserie and confiture de Maison which tasted amazing. We were so sad to leave and will definitely be back. By the next time, our spoken French will have improved, the guys were very accommodating in this regard.

The fact that we had to leave!

Communication with Phil et Phillipe was very good. We received a warm and friendly welcome on arrival and were shown around the beautiful accomodation and then enjoyed a much needed cool off in the sparkling pool. The accomodation was very comfortable and was larger than we'd expected. We enjoyed sitting in the pretty outside area in the evening. We had a good nights' sleep in the very cosy bed. We'd definitely stay again!

A kettle on the room would have been helpful.

Beautiful and spacious guestroom (with bedroom, bathroom, toilet and tv room). Everything was veeery clean and the bed was super comfortable. Amazing breakfast. Lovely hosts! Their hospitality is outstanding.

The hosts were super friendly and nice and greeted us well. The room were actually 3 small rooms with an extra living room and a seperate bathroom - it exceeded our expectations by far!
