Beautiful hotel, the terrace was very pretty and hotel build itself was lovely. The best thing was the level of customer service- a warm welcome and our host could not do more for us. We were travelling with bikes and the owner went above and beyond to help us with them. The breakfast was outstanding, local produce with a caring homemade touch. Excellent value for money and just what was needed for a quick overnight stop off.

Super traditional spacious building and garden space with excellent working modern facilities. Loved my room, bathroom and everything full of character without being imposing. Really great shower. Cumfy bed, and most delicious excellent breakfast with host handmade jams, great coffee and just lovely. Hope to be back soon perhaps on my moto next time 🏍️

Can’t think of anything unpleasing.

Very clean, close to the centre of town yet quiet of an evening. Staff - Natalie and the owner Eric were amazing. Extremely helpful, friendly and went out of their way to help us with everything.

Nothing - everything was fantastic. Could not have booked a better place to stay in Villeneuve-sur-lot for the money. Exceptional value.

The owner was super friendly and took great care of us. For example we had bought a bottle of rose while wine tasting and the owner got us glasses, a corkscrew and we drank our bottle out back in the beautiful gardens. A great French afternoon. Also he placed our bikes in a nice big garage. He talked with us about his cherry restored cars parked in the garage. Great stay!!!

We received a friendly and pleasant welcome and advice about the town. The hotel is much bigger than it looks from the road and includes a garden where guests can have breakfast on warm summer days. The whole place was exceptionally clean and well kept. We had delicious home made plum jam with our breakfast and were able to buy a couple of jars to take home with us. We will open it at Christmas when I am sure it will remind us of our lovely September stay!

The staff went above & beyond. We were escorted to our room & shown in person all facilities. We had a problem with our car & Eric was a star in assisting with this. Breakfast was the best continental we've had - homemade yoghurt & jams (the apricot & lavender was superb). A wee hidden gem. Do not be put off by 2 stars ( probably because there is no Aircon or tea/coffee in room) as they couldn't do enough for you.

The hotel was easy to find and there was free parking in the street right outside. The room was pleasant and met our needs nicely. The breakfast was outstanding, probably my best hotel breakfast for a very long time. Home made yogurt, a range of delicious home made conserves, fresh fruit, local prunes, bread and pastries with as much coffee as we wanted, all served outside pretty courtyard by charming and friendly staff.

December , a one night stay. We are happy to choose this friendly Hotel again if we return to the area. The weather was close to freezing, no worries, the central heating worked well , our room 33 was clean and cosy, with all we needed for one nights stay. The breakfast room was warm and cheerful, our car was inside the garage at the end of the garden. The member of staff looking after us was lovely and so helpful. The proximity of a good fish restaurant, which was walkable in four minutes, was our main reason for choosing this location, Also close by is the Train station and the centre of Villeneuve, which is interesting for its Halle on the riverside, Saturday morning market and Christmas market.

Comfortable rooms, welcoming and helpful staff, very accommodating and provided a good breakfast. Free, secure garage parking for our motorcycles. Easy walking distance into the centre of Villeneuve-sur-Lot
