Room was comfortable and air conditioned although the air con was VERY noisy. Good bathroom although shower screen was, IMHO too small. Comfy beds, good breakfast with a good range of food on offer. No restaurant for evening meals but there are places to eat within easy walking distance. Ample secure parking.

Room had facilities for making tea and coffee but no milk. When I asked for some, they could not (would not?) supply some! Surely sachets of milk being available is not impossible or a small amount of milk that is there for breakfast would have been possible? Disappointing at best.

Stopped off for 1 night on the way south. There is no bar there but is a fridge which has drinks in. Rooms were clean and comfortable and plenty of parking at the back of the hotel. There is a restaurant on site which is owned by another company and is also where breakfast us served. We went out into the town for dinner and to be honest there was not much chose really and ended up finding a pizza place so I can't comment on the restaurant although it looked good and there was also a bar there but this was not open when we arrived. Found a couple of great pubs who were very friendly and gave us some shot glasses as momentum. All in all we would stay again and if you are down that way have a look

Nothing all was good including breakfast

It was a room with air-conditioning. That was very welcome with the 30 degrees weather. The bed and especially the mattress were terrific for a big guy like me. The breakfast buffet was delicious with fried eggs, sausages, bread, various toppings, croissants, some french cheeses, pancakes, milk, yoghurt, fresh fruit, orange juice, and a high quality coffee machine. For my access to the parking on the back I had to phone-in at the gate to the front desk, but they are there 24/7 and the friendly staff speaks English perfectly.

Staff extremely friendly. They even offered a gift to the children. A very nice gesture. Breakfast with hot bread, pancakes, crepes. Excellent breakfast. Parking.

Carpets in the bedroom and inside the closets you could see it wasn’t very well vacuumed. Also inside the bathroom you could see the tubes of the toilet/bath. It’s something that it is supposed to be inside the wall. It looks like it was made after the construction of the building. I don’t think it looks good.

Very clean and had everything we needed. Well placed with car park right by the hotel. Good breakfast.

Only one member of staff present in the whole hotel! This was from 5 pm until the night. It was a Saturday so very busy. They were very polite and friendly but clearly worked off their feet. There were almost too many staff the next morning!

As I got in the room a cool breeze with a very pleasent soft smell struck me after almost 10 hours of driving with three toddlers in the car. It helped a lot. The two rooms were well connected, the bed was heavenly and the sheets very soft. All the staff were very polite and ready to help. The breakfast was an example how a breakfast should be done.

I think the person in charge to clean forgot the second WC and the floor. But it was fine, as we had two bathrooms.

Lovely rooms

The pizzas were expensive and undercooked, pretty sire they were supermarket frozen pizzas, badly reheated and then overpriced!

Everything. Staff extremely friendly, helpful. Parking was easy and free. You can pull up in front of reception to check in, location perfect to town, train station. Comfortable bed.

Our second key card had to be programmed each time we came back to room. Room was quite small but we only had carry on luggage so was okay. If we'd had bigger suitcases it might have been a problem.

Complimentary tea was in the room. Air conditioning. Blinds in the windows. Well insulated from traffic noise. Close to a restaurant area. Room was of new design and furniture in good condition. Parking on site (unfortunately no cover for motorbikes).

The hotel served draught beer in the evening, care of the reception staff. When I asked a beer, the employee filled the glass only halfway and gave it to me. I was waiting for the rest and I had to ask to get a proper filling. Even this way, the level never reached the filling line. Disappointing, since the price was for a full glass and I had to repeatedly ask to get it.

The service was absolutely fantastic. I was travelling with my young daughter and the reception staff at both arrival and departure went above and beyond. Breakfast was incredibly good.

Its a little confusing to find and access the car park.
