- The room's WIFI was very poor, making it difficult to use the study table and it was missed in the area next to the bed. - I had to use the stairs for two (2) days every time I needed to get to my room because the elevator was out of commission on Saturday and wasn't fixed until Monday before noon. This made climbing four (4) floors—with the first floor being particularly tall—uncomfortable. Since you are a hotel and not a residential building, you must exert more pressure on your service provider to fix the elevator, even if it was out of service over a weekend.

It's featured as a two star Hotel, but I would say it's at least a three star, two swimming pools ( which i didn't use ) the room I stayed in had a brilliant sea view, a nice balcony, AC that worked plus a refrigerator .Roof terrace with a bar and pool table, and great sea views, most if not all the staff speak English which is a great help for the non French speakers ( like myself ) i would definitely stay there again if ever in Libreville . Good value hotel, considering Libreville isn't a cheap city for hotel rooms.

No chair on the balcony, which would have been a nice touch, and as for the bathroom door, what a joke, they need a folding door or a door on a sliding rail. Toilet way to close to the sink unit ,no leg room what so ever, and that's no exaggeration. All in all the bathroom needs to be redesigned. ROOM 401. WiFi a bit ropy ( poor )

The hotel advertises that the spoken languages are English and French. Upon arrival and throughout my stay, only the manager seemed competent in English. The rest of the staff (even though they seemed very helpful), unfortunately either do not speak English, or do not speak enough English to get through a conversation. I am learning French now, so that my next visit will be a bit more pleasant. I think the staff should do the same as it can bring more money through the doors.

This hotel is located in Louis, very nice and clean hotel. The price is affordable and the room is very nice. I highly recommend you this place.

On the surface hotel looks fine considering. Pool, room as decent nothing fancy, TV’s are working. Staff was supportive.

Well when you get into it closer things start to fall off. Shower broke the first day. Buffet choices limited, safe could not make it work for 2 days.
