The room was really great: spacious, clean and comfortable. The hotel shares facilities with the Radisson, which means several restaurants but only one bar ( with an indoor and outdoor section). The breakfast was truly excellent. The free airport shuttle only goes every 1-1.5 hours but I was lucky that the timing was great for me in both directions.

Only one compliant: the bar service is poor. The beers are twice the price of the beachside restaurants across the road but the service doesn't reflect the price:. The staff seem to excel at avoiding customers rather than notice that you actually want to be served. I gave up and went to my room.

The rooms need some renovation. While all is functional and clean, signs of wear and tear are clearly visible which affects the overall comfort level. The bed’s headboard for example had stains on it and the white towels were not always white. Internet connection was also a major problem during my stay.

Have stayed many times, never let me down. International standard, clean room, comfortable bed, International tv channels, in room kettle with coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. Good buffet breakfast spread. Availability of twin bed room. Free shuttle bus to airport.

Super comfortable, clean and quiet room. A/C and plumbing worked great. Friendly staff. This hotel has a passage that connects with its sister hotel, the Radisson Blu, so over there it was easy to arrange a taxi driver for the morning or simply have a look around at the local art displays. The hotel shuttle met my flight, which was great. There’s a set schedule for the return that worked out perfectly well too. Would happily stay here again on the next trip to Libreville.

The location of the hotel is central and perfect for business traveler. The facility provides for meeting space for business meetings. The rooms are clean and airy and the dinner. The staff were also helpful.

The breakfast was not sufficient most of the time, especially for late starters. The breakfast team did not track availability of meals as guest went through and sometime there wasn't much left by 9 AM.

Great staff, nice swimming pools. Enjoyed the Gabonese chocolate in the room, as well as the fruit basket.

The headboards for the bed need replacing or deep cleaning. Somehow got overcharged for a gin and tonic at the bar, but it could have been a communication issue.

the price for the breakfast... the staff at the bar is too afraid of not being paid, and chases you. Did not get my laundry back, cause not enough credit on the room.... just like if I would leave without paying my invoices. very disappointing.

Location is off from city centre. Room rate is on the high side. First payment device not working for my credit cards -Master and Visa. Amex not accepted. I have to request to use another device which worked ! I was worried that I may not be able to pay for the room.
