The room was really great: spacious, clean and comfortable. The hotel shares facilities with the Radisson, which means several restaurants but only one bar ( with an indoor and outdoor section). The breakfast was truly excellent. The free airport shuttle only goes every 1-1.5 hours but I was lucky that the timing was great for me in both directions.

Only one compliant: the bar service is poor. The beers are twice the price of the beachside restaurants across the road but the service doesn't reflect the price:. The staff seem to excel at avoiding customers rather than notice that you actually want to be served. I gave up and went to my room.

Super comfortable, clean and quiet room. A/C and plumbing worked great. Friendly staff. This hotel has a passage that connects with its sister hotel, the Radisson Blu, so over there it was easy to arrange a taxi driver for the morning or simply have a look around at the local art displays. The hotel shuttle met my flight, which was great. There’s a set schedule for the return that worked out perfectly well too. Would happily stay here again on the next trip to Libreville.

The location of the hotel is central and perfect for business traveler. The facility provides for meeting space for business meetings. The rooms are clean and airy and the dinner. The staff were also helpful.

The breakfast was not sufficient most of the time, especially for late starters. The breakfast team did not track availability of meals as guest went through and sometime there wasn't much left by 9 AM.

the price for the breakfast... the staff at the bar is too afraid of not being paid, and chases you. Did not get my laundry back, cause not enough credit on the room.... just like if I would leave without paying my invoices. very disappointing.

Nice clean room and good service, friendly staff. The gym is great. Free shuttle service to airport. Free complimentary bottled water for tea and coffee making in room. English is well spoken in the hotel. Seaview room. Good breakfast of international quality. Offer twin beds.

Location is off from city centre. Room rate is on the high side. First payment device not working for my credit cards -Master and Visa. Amex not accepted. I have to request to use another device which worked ! I was worried that I may not be able to pay for the room.

Park Inn wing was closed, thus checked in to Okoumé palace hotel instead. Tv was broken. But staff managed to change room on second night. International quality standards, free airport shutter, in house tea coffee kettle

The views and ambience. The business centre for meetings was amazing.

One morning, one of the salads was not fresh.

1) Staff: Jemima above all, but everyone was kind, polite helpful and many of them spoke very good english 2) The quality up to Radisson standards

1) noisy housekeepers early in the morning almost every day (this is really harassing): I informed the receptionist, kindly asking to cope with the problem but nothing changed 2) every additional service has a (high) cost: late check-up, breakfast, this is just a consideration

Majority of staff are nice and helpful. A small minority is arrogant and unfriendly, but this is normal with human societies. Nothing is perfect.
