Everything from the moment I checked-in I was welcomed by Sofie and her husband. Sofie offered me coffee and refused to let me pay and Even Medo had offered me a drink while watching the euro match and was really nice of them both. They made my entire stay memorable. The lady in the housekeeping was really friendly but unfortunately I didn’t know her name. The room had a breathtaking view of the mountains. Breakfast was delicious and you can also have it outside in the terrace which is lovely. If I ever comeback to Kazbegi I will be coming here again.

Great view, very nice family who run the place

Highly recommended! At first, we were skeptical due to some Trustpilot reviews, but from the moment we arrived, everything was perfect from day one to day three. The rooms are modern, comfortable, and offer great views. The owners are welcoming, friendly, and very accommodating, especially Sophie, who helped us plan our first day's activities and found us a great paragliding deal. There is nothing to complain about this place. The location is excellent, just a 15-minute walk to the center and the start of various hiking trails. There's also plenty of room for parking. Breakfast was good, though we wished there were more vegetarian/vegan options. Regardless, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can't wait to return. Thank you for making our stay so special!

The hotel is 15 min walk from the central road. It is a good and comfortable place. I was supposed to travel in the evening and my plans changed. I booked a room late around 9 pm and was welcomed by the owner. The room was comfortable and clean, the water hot and the bed comfortable. I had a very good rest! In the morning, I saw the beautiful landscape of mountains waken up by the sun and the famous Kazbek. It was amazing. Before the breakfast, I had a little walk on the neighboring mountain. It was stunning! The breakfast was a buffet, with a good choice of food. Thank you for this welcome. I definitely recommend this place and I hope to come back!

The views! The room is very nice and spacious. The balcony, and the overall friendliness and helpfulness of the staff.

A minor complaint is that electrical outlets in the room were awkwardly located. We had to put some electronics to charge on the heater because the table to put them on was too far away from the outlets, and we couldn't connect the electric kettle because the cable was too short. There were some outlets almost at the ceiling level which didn't make any sense. It didn't really detract much from our experience though.

It’s a cosy family-run hotel which is very stylish and rustic. Situated almost at mountain feet ,it opens a magestic view from your bedroom. The rooms are neat and comfortable ,breakfast is delicious ,but the main point is a kind and hospitable smile of the hostess,which makes you feel at home. Excellent taste,perfect location,good atmosphere inside that all equils your wonderful stay and mood! Thank you ,guys! We will be back!

Absolutely wonderful stay at Chemodann Kazbegi! I cannot speak highly enough of our experience at Chemodann Kazbegi. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. The hotel is an oasis of comfort, with cozy rooms and breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. During our brief one-night stay, we had the pleasure of enjoying a delicious breakfast that was a perfect start to our day of exploring. With all the key attractions within close proximity, the location couldn't have been better. The convenience of having everything nearby made our short visit enjoyable. The true gem of this hotel, however, is the owner. He went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, providing helpful tips and making us feel like part of the family. The welcoming atmosphere truly made us feel at home. I highly recommend Chemodann Kazbegi to anyone planning to visit this incredible town. It's a place where comfort, stunning views, and a warm, family-like atmosphere come together to create an unforgettable experience, even during a short stay.

I loved it

The staff was so amiable and kind, the guy at the reception desk was smiling to us all the time, thanks for uplifting our mood. The view from the room was amazing, top-tier 10/10, the beds were so comfy ,the breakfast had several options, everyone can find delicious and proper dish to eat, all in all thanks a lot. will come back in the summer(hope so) :)

Mountain View from the room was great! Beautiful in the morning when sun was risen. Host was kind, the homemade breakfast was simple and nice enough for starting the day.

Little far from the town - better to get grocery or snack in advance, restaurants are also a bit far. There are many street dogs on the way to the hotel, they are aggressive but it is not the problem of the hotel specific.

Over all my stay was excellent , best thing is the panoramic view from room balcony and the hospitality from owner Ms Sophia. Room were clean, good layout and with all essential amenities such all toiletries including dental kit plus tea coffee making facilities , slippers and complete bed linen and bath linen. Hotel is a family owned business but with all professional touch of brand managed hotel. Rooms was very cozy and spacious for my family with 1 kid and a infant. Breakfast was nice with good taste . Apart from all above, there was another unique thing at this property who is very friendly dog “Cooper” who will make your child super engaged. Will definitely recommend to those who wants to stay and enjoy the beauty of Kazbegi Village

Everything was fine. May be i could suggest for a better arrangement for hotel lobby which will enhance whole hotel set up ( just a constructive feedback)
