The location was great, is in the hub of town city. Walking distance to Aalen Bahnhof. Big supermarket walking distance, medium size supermarket also nearby. Restaurants, shops and malls around. Pharmacy plenty, bookstores, fashion retails etc... Great town. Farmer's Market every Wednesday and Saturday, walking distance. Fresh bakery at 4.30am. Car rental service walking distance from Bahnhof. etc....Friendly people in Aalen

Spacious living room, well-equipped kitchen and bathroom. There is an elevator in the building, which was very useful for us.

The accommodation is in the city centre, where there is hardly any parking space - although the accommodation has its private lots, they fill up quickly. The electronic check-in was a bit lengthy. The fold-out sofa was very uncomfortable to sleep on, it creaked and the mattress was not plain.

Central location, keyless easy access 24/7. Little kitchen but good equipped. Comfortable bed and large shower. All one need for short term stay.

Verificaiton is time consuming and took few days. Book and live same day wont work at this property, be avare of this. Or contact property before the reservation is made. No air condition, was a bit warm in july.

The location was good. Apartment well structure and clean. Online check in was fast and no need key access, very well organized - Seamless check in and check out. Caretaker and housekeeper both are excellent, helpful and great. Feel like home. My apartment room have a nice decor and design. I will come back again.

The apartment was nice furnished and smart parted. All facilities were there. Central placement is close to everything.

Missing instruction on how to have warm water running at the shower, BUT we figure it out. See the photo below. First, rotate the know to the right to MAX, 85. Then, press the small button to the left, and this will light red. Wait until a row of red lights will appear in the middle.

The apartment was very nice and clean. It was perfectly sited for the town center. There was a problem with the television remote not working and after sending a message about it, there was someone there within 5 minutes (exceptional). There was a lady came in twice during our 9 day stay to change the towels and empty the bins. There was a cooker, fridge and dishwasher.

There was just 2 things that I thought could be improved on. 1 - There were only the two straight back chairs from the table to sit on (2 small armchairs would be good to relax in for watching TV) and 2 - Instructions for using the kitchen equipment and how to get the boiler to heat the water would have been very useful.

Really spacious and clean room. The hotel is located in the centre of the town and it's nice there was a parking spot just in front of it.

The check in was online. Although it was easy to get it done, I'd have preferred speaking to a person.

Feeling like at home. The guest can get 10% discount in restaurant Rosmarie downstairs. This Restaurant is also popular by locals.

But I didn’t know that the warm water is cooking by Calorifier and couldn’t take shower after warm water finish.

Self check-in and check-out worked perfectly. There’s lot of space in the apartment and it’s clean.

The apartment has no spirit, it’s very clinical. We didn’t understand that there should had been a reservation for parking and how it was supposed to do.
