Perfect location, wonderful staff, great breakfast, comfortable bed, reasonable price. I stayed many times at this hotel together with my husband before and will keep on going back even without him anymore. I requested a room with a view of the shrine & i got the most awesome view of 3 churches! I could visit them as late or as early as i wanted ( mass at the Chapel of Grace (Gnadenkapelle) starts at 6 am & the Adoration chapel is open 24 hours! There’s Christkindlmarkt too and it was so beautiful with all the lights. I didn’t feel alone!

I cannot think of anything not liking about the property.

We had a room with a splendid view on the Kappellplatz. The comfort room with 30 sqm was super clean. WIFI apart from some cuts is fast. The breakfast is good and well garnished. There is a lounge on the first floor where on 24 hours free coffee and tea is available. All the staff were forthcoming and polite. Parking in the secured public covered garage is 5.-€ for 24 hours.

We were not impressed by the evening diner. There is room for improvement.

Great location right in the "square" where you want to be with a great hotel and staff. Parking was available in the garage or on the street. Elevator was convenient. Breakfast had a great selection. Room was clean. Great value for Bavaria. Would stay here again if in area.

Beautiful place in a beautiful location! The staff was really friendly with us. We had a very tough day after a car accident and this place definitely made our night! The room was amazing, spacious and very cosy. We got an upgrade to the one with the bathtub in the room, it was just the perfect night for such a hard day! Receptionist and waiter were very kind. The breakfast was very varied and full of options. The only bad thing is that we got too late and the spa was closed, will have to come back to try it next time!

Beautiful old building, spacious room with high ceiling, lovely spa area, great view over the square. Good selection of traditional Bavarian dishes at the restaurant.

Beds were a little too soft and caved in, selection at breakfast was limited but still decent, spa area only open 16:00-22:00 even during vacation days - would have been nice to have longer access to it.

The room was perfect, surprisingly pretty town and lovely hotel staff. The lady at the breakfast was very kind, great selection to choose from. Was travelling with our dog, and they made us feel welcome, in the restaurant too.

The breakfast was excellent, especially for a small boutique hotel. Crispy buns, cheeses, meats, eggs, fruit, yogurt and best of all, my husband brought trays to our room so I could sleep off jet lag a bit.

We have stayed here about five times so I would say that we don’t dislike anything. Each time we stay, the hotel restaurant seems to have a new chef and very different menu. This time it was mostly homestyle Bavarian food. We didn't care for it much so usually ate dinner elsewhere, but since clientele is mostly German, it seemed pretty popular with other guests and diners.

Wonderful stay – 10/10! The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Breakfast was tasty with a nice variety. The staff were friendly and helpful. Everything was perfect — highly recommended!
