Easy 5 min walk into town. Free parking (although limited). Large, clean, quiet rooms. Water dispenser with many options to refill bottles is a great perk. Love the lounge and it's late hours service availability. Staff is always friendly.

Pillows are flat. No USB charging options (except the one on the TV that only worked sporadically). Stressing about parking availability and having to run out by 8am to pay a meter (prepaying did not seem to be possible). Staff does not inform you that there is 3.95% fee if card payment is done in currency other than the Euro. It is only on the receipt and then they cannot reverse the charge. In my case, I accidentally tapped the wrong field and they were unable to correct the error.

Very nice and inspired TOWN with the Waterland next door in the hotel. With a very short walking distance to the center of the town. There are plenty of places for the visitors like we.

More items for breakfast. The price is a little bit higher than we will expected for such BASIC breakfast but overall it is OK. I hope that it will improve in the near future.

On my roadtrip from Portugal, this was the best hotel on the way and can't believe, even the cheapest. the biggest room, spacious, great location, modern. Everything. Staff friendly and accommodating. I loved this hotel. And my dog too. I had to stop him from zooming around the room because he finally had space to walk. Even the microwaved pizza as a snack is much better than in Portugal/Spain that I got as "Italian" and "fresh" and got sick from. :D Rooms were quiet that my dog wasnt constantly on alert as he always is in a new place.

Not anything related to the hotel. Just some drunk weird people on the street in the daylight.

Front Desk Staff were friendly and helpful

front desk staff but forgot to provide wifi password at check in, kack of dedicated parking for hotel guests- there was. fest we had to walk 15 minutes to get to the hotel and kitchen staff were rude we checked in late in the evening and barely made breakfast the staff talked about us because we were late one was a lady with short hair and tattoos she said maybe we should clean the place.. i find that lack of empathy and understanding very disturbing she say good morning us the hext morning but the comments were unnecessary

The hotel room was sparsely equipped but spacious. My minivan fit very comfortably in the free parking lot at the back of the hotel. Amberg city centre is just 10 minutes walk away. The sparkling water fountain in the lobby is a nice touch.

Would be even better to have a mini-fridge in the room.

The location was awesome. They had an excellent breakfast and the staff were super accommodating. We also appreciated the environmental incentives. Guests were also treated to free ice cream 😁

The only thing that I would have appreciated would have been more English options on the tv and may be a laundry service.

Lovely hotel, big room with new furniture, very kind staff, good breakfast. Close to the beautiful city centre. Huge parking place in the open just in front of the hotel. On the back of the buildings, there are a few parking places only for hotel guests.

Rooms were big with comfortable beds. There was a free parking space behind the hotel. Lady in reception was very kind and nice. Breakfast was good. There was everything, also alternative milk.

Walking distance location to the nice city center. Very kindly stuff. Free parking on hotel parking place or there is also a lot of payable parking spaces in front on hotel.

Staff were extremely friendly and the breakfast was done rather well. Better than the expected honestly. PET fee was only €10, which is rather standard for a motel 8 and the like, so for a high end motel to only charge this amount was unexpected.
