The room was spacious, the bed comfortable, the balcony was a bonus. The only downside was no lift, but we were on the first floor and the stairs were quite easy to climb. The food at our lnnch was tasty with generous portions and the 50cl bottle of wine was well priced.

A lfit, but in a hotel of this vintage, not easy to accomodate.

All the staff were very friendly, we had a great service and we felt very welcome. Further more a great breakfast, comfortable spacious rooms and we loved the swimming pool outside (we think it's better then indoor)

It's close to the motorway, therefore it's easy to drive along this hotel when traveling, but you do hear some noise of the motorway when sitting outside.

We made a last minute reservation on our trip to Italy. The reservation went smooth and the staff was very friendly when we arrived. Perfect hotel for a stop on a longer trip!

The swimming pool was between the buildings, so not ideal to spend holidays.

I liked, how I would call it, the "retro" stile of the Hotel. My single room was bigger than expected with very nice furniture, a sofa and even a balcony, that's great for a single room. The bathroom was in good size and modern. Breakfast was plenty and with a good variety in a nice big room. Only the service could be a bit faster. My second coffee had a long way to travel to me...

The bed, although for a single big enough, could be wider, as it is placed to the wall with one side. My elbow hit the wall three times at night when I turned around in bed.

Staff was always kind and ready to help. I felt valued as a customer.Breakfast was various and well assorted. Good quality and fresh products. I particularly enjoyed the jams and the bread. The room was clean and spacious. There is the bonus of using the swimming pool which definitely helped in that particular day I was there because it was very hot. Also, a quite area.

I had a nice dinner in the restaurant but I had problems to understand the menu in German only. I had a menu for a good 20 minutes trying to translate in English. Maybe a double language version of the menu would help with the choice of the meals. But the main course I have chosen was tasty and well cooked.

Great place! Wonderful staff and location. Very clean and good value for the money. Some Americans might not like the lack of a/c in the summer. Restaurant is excellent and we look forward to staying there again!

On our stopover travelling from Switzerland back home, this was the perfect stopover. Good location with respect to the motorway, free parking, a swimming pool, nice terrace and restaurant on site. On entering the hotel, it was immediately clear that the manager was paying attention to every detail of every guest. Reception was very friendly, rooms where nice and clean. The pool area on the other side of the street is accessible at all times. We were able to charge our electric car for a small fee on the hotel parking. During our stay, the manager came by several times to greet us and ask if everything was OK. This was one of the best stays I ever had. Not because of the exceptional luxury or spectacular rooms but because of excellent hospitality. I will definitely come back.

Comfortable lodging near spa park and thermal bath. Restaurant on-site was excellent. Well-laid out room with balcony.

No smoking on balcony. No rolladen/poor window treatment (heavy, dark curtains for late sleep).

The property was very convenient to the Rhine bicycle path. The staff were all very helpful and courteous. The restaurant was excellent. The room was clean and comfortable.
