It was quiet. The bed was comfortable. Very spacious.

There were spider webs on the wall. The pillow was very lumpy. And the drain in the bathroom sink had a yellow ring around it. I didn't check if it was dirt or if it was because of old age.

No breakfast.

The pillows were too thick and the room was too warm.

Quiet location, comfortable double bed

Booking.com had advertised 32m^2 room with breakfast included. Hotel staff is available only late afternoon/early evening. Otherwise hotel is deserted, no restaurant nor breakfast. This is blamed to Covid-19, while other facilities do offer service. The room is about 20 m^2 (only if bathroom and entrance area plus common balcony would be included maybe one can find 32).

Cleanliness: hair on bed sheets, used beer cans in night stand drawer, mold in shower, no shower gel or shampoo, half used up plastic container as hand soap, empty tissue box in bathroom, very high stuffed pillows in bed Outside area not groomed, looks very neglected

During check in everything seemed fine, however as we arrived back at our room at 10pm after a dinner the heaters were running at full power despite being in the off position. Of course no staff was around anymore to address this. With the lights turned on we finally saw how dirty the room was (large chunks of dust everywhere, mirror dirty). The overall atmosphere seems very run-down. From broken door handles to empty planters to worn out woodwork to messy cables stuffed in corners to the overall sad state of the furniture… This place does not seem ready to receive guests yet.

Nothing available from breakfast to even an automat machine for water and soft drinks not available nothing exist in this hotel

Dirty hotel, they did not change the towels in 3 days, nothing available from breakfast to water and soft drink , i am astpnished how you put such premises on your site.
