This was a great small Kur hotel. Staff were extremely friendly and most spoke English. The breakfast buffet was really good. Room was nice and very large. Our adult son stayed with us, and they have a couch that was set up as an extra bed that worked well. There was also a small balcony that was attached to the room. Hotel is situated in a nice neighborhood in Bad Kissingen. It is not far from the Markplatz, the Kur halls, the rose garden, and the walking paths down by the river. There is limited parking, but that is not a problem. We were given a city placard that we placed on the dashboard, and always found a spot in front of the hotel.

Every aspect of the stay was excellent, from checkin to checkout. There is limited parking in the city, but this hotel not only has some limited on site parking, but there is lots of street side parking on the weekend.

Due to limited room availability, ended up having to book a suite with kitchenette. The room would have been a good value if we wanted this well equipped extra, but we ended up having a room rate above what would have made this great stay also a "great value".

Hotel location between the train station and the center of town was ideal, there was a kettle in the room, the room was large and well designed with an outlet and good lights by the bed, and breakfast was good and the dining room was large.

The mattress was very firm and the bottom sheet was a little rough. I was in a room on an end corner of the hotel, with a window on one wall and a patio door on another wall. I had both windows tilted open to get a breeze and because the hotel is right beside the street there was minor but noticeable street noise during the night from cars going by and people talking while walking along the sidewalk. These things combined for a poor night's sleep. They also did not tell me or give me a brochure that explained the benefits of the guest card.

I loved the generous sized bedroom and the wellness area. It was lovely to be able to visit the sauna and steamroom

The room didn’t automatically get serviced. Unless we asked, things did not replenished or replaced.

The hotel is super well located, very close to the main station and to the city center. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The facilities were also great, plenty of machines in the small Fitness center, the swimming pool and the sauna. The staff was very friendly and I got always very quick responses and help whenever I needed.

The shower is a little small, though the bathroom was very clean and modernized. The breakfast was good, but maybe a little scarce in variety. The flat TV could be a little bigger, for nowadays standards.

The hotel is located a few minutes away from the Bad Kissingen train station. It has nice rooms that are extremely comfortable and private. The bathrooms are also quite spacious and well appointed. The hotel has a restaurant that serves very decent food at reasonable prices, and the breakfast is what you would expect in a good German hotel. The staff was also very kind and helpful.

Good location between the train station and the center of the town. Hotel was clean, well presented, and the rooms were a good size. Hotel restaurant was nice and food was of a good standard.

Very good location and friendly staff. Parking is little problem if hotel is full. Didn't have time to go to pool, but it looked good from outside.
