Rooms are air conditioned!! That was a great move by this hotel. The breakfast was very good although the croissants were weird. Very close and convenient to everything downtown; Beach, restaurants, and shopping are all directly outside.

They charged a 15 Euro per night pet fee that was not disclosed in the price (posting said "Pets are welcome" but said nothing about an additional fee).

Loved the downtown location and walking distance to any place close to the Weser river...I grew up there, so it's a MUST for me! Customer service was fantastic, always helpful and available. The room was spotless, comfortable, and spacious. Breakfast was anything you could ask for with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. Can't wait to go back!

Some glutefree options for breakfast would be nice. A kettle in the room would also be nice. It was indicated "soundproof" on the booking... maybe it was only regarding outside because I could hear neighbours (rooms next to mine which was on 5th floor) talking and watching tv...

Very friendly staff and I'm there every month and they always give me what I ask for ie a room with a bath.. as I drive 8-10 hours to get there and it's good to just relax.

Always only 2 things you have to pay extra for fried eggs for breakfast. I just don't see why? And that there is no coffee or tea facilities in my room and I always go business class.

The staff were very friendly. The area where the hotel is excellent and very central.

Only a couple of things tgat are It would be good to have kettle or coffee machine in my business room.also one thing I found strange is that they charge extra if you want fried eggs..the only hotel to every do this which I've been in.

Secure bike storage in locked room inside the open underground garage. Lift access to rooms from garage level. Good value for money. Modern very large room. Great hot water in shower. Comfortable bed, but pillows not comfortable. Quiet. Good air conditioning. Great sofa and 2 comfortable chairs. Great central location.

Lighting in room not great - needs ceiling lights. Slow WiFi. Sticky floor in breakfast room.

Superb location - extremely convenient for walking to museum attractions, restaurants and public transport. Room 408 with enjoyable outlook over the Square. Very good breakfast in attractive dining room.

The breakfast was great and staff were very friendly. The location in downtown Bremerhaven is quite convenient for sightseeing. It takes about twenty minutes on foot to reach the main train station. The WiFi worked well.

The TV's remote control had not been cleaned and was visibly grimy. The shower cabin was leaky on the sink side. The signage on the staircase is not very clear and when you try to take the stairs, you are unable to get into the floors with rooms on them.

It's a nice hotel in the town center for a reasonable price. Everything is in walking distance; the railway station can be reached by bus easily (two or three stops only). Very good breakfast.
