Very easy check in process. We loved having a coffee machine in the lobby for purchase. Beds very comfortable. Very reasonable for the money.

There was a mold or bath residue that was in the tile on the floor of the shower. So when we showered, it all floated off and came off in pieces. Clearly the shower had not been cleaned throughly and not for a long time. That was quite disgusting.

The shower is a bit small if you’re a tall person. But that’s just an observation, not a criticism

The hotel is a quiet, small and very nice family-owned hotel in the heart of the town only a couple minutes of walk to Martin Luther's Death House and the market place with the world-famous Luther Statue. The staff is very nice, rooms are perfectly cleaned and very quiet. The beds are like heaven, I wish to have them at home as well. The breakfast is very good with lots of opportunities.

There is nothing to complain. I like the hotel. Nothig more to say.

The room was very spacious with 2 double beds (we were 3 people), with enough space for luggage and belongings. The breakfast was great and the staff thoughtful. They offered free parking at the place and it"s really close to all touristic places of the city. Recommend.

The location was great and central with an amazing Italian restaurant next door.

We arrived at 7 pm and there wasn't anyone at the desk. We were communicating via telcom. The telcom needs updating as I couldn't understand much through it. Or please do get someone to man the desk instead.
