Nice and modern hotel with comfortable beds, nice bathrooms, and good HVAC system especially when AC was needed during the hot days. I like the wireless speaker system in the room which enabled me to pair it with my phone and listen to my tunes. The rooms are well insulated from noise. Definitely would consider this hotel again.

I was charged for parking for the 2 nights that I stayed, but on the 2nd night the parking was full and I did not get refunded for the 2nd night. I had to park on the street at extra fee. Parking on the street was much cheaper than the hotel parking.

The location was great. Easy parking garage was under the hotel. The room was clean. Beds were comfortable.

The Air Conditioner leaked water all over the floor at night. It was a surprise to step into with bare feet in the dark! There is no place to put an open suitcase except on the floor right next to the bed, so I’d trip/step over my suitcase then into the water!. The staff was very understanding about this.

I had a medical emergency while staying here, and the staff went above and beyond to assist me with the Emergency Services that had arrived. It greatly helped with my situation. Internet is plenty fast for remote work.

Would be nice to have a fridge in the rooms

parking was confortable. Decent breakfast and couldnt hear anything from the road once the windows are closed. Helpful staff and easy going hotel

The rooms are rather tiny. We slept for the one night so didnt affect that much but if I were to stay longer it might get a bit stuffy. Maybe some more non German channels although I understand that most of the tourists will be German.

Interested in finding appropriate rooms rather than simply allocating one with no choice. Staff much friendlier than previously.

Great location, very modern hotel and loved the Bluetooth speaker in room. Next to a fab bakery too.

Small gripe - would have liked drawer space.

Amenities in the room such as water bottle, Bathroom amenities, should be more option for Breakfast.

Great hotel on the edge of the city. The underground car park is to the rear of the building. Our room was well finished with everything we needed. The front desk staff were very good. There were vending machines in the reception area with a good selection food and drinks. Its a 15 min walk into the centre.

Great place to stay, just next to the Bahnhof. Clean, modern. Staff is helpful and kind. As it’s a small town and many places close early, the hotel lobby is a quite nice place to hang out.

As much as it’s close to the bahnhof, just a little far from the center considering the size of the town, but it’s still no more than 10-15 min walk.

Nice new hotel situated close to the train station and a steady 10-15 minute walk into the centre of town. Pleasant staff and everything was spotless. Nice touch allows those who choose not to have their room cleaned, obtain a free small drink at the bar. Rooms were a reasonable size, warm and had a good quality shower.

Everything was great and there was nothing I didn't like.
