The staff was exceptionally friendly and my requests via the app were answered quickly and to the full extent. I liked my room. It was quite small but cozy. The whole building is very clean and my room was no exception. The twin bed was OK but is not suitable for tall or big people.

The only downside was that my room was quite stuffy because it was at the very top of the building. The whole upper floor was considerably warmer. I was glad it was raining that day. I wouldn't want to experience it in the middle of summer.

Nice soft bed that you can sink into. Convenient access to the highway, and a shopping mall is in walking distance as well. Technical problems with the smart door numeric keypads was promptly resolved and I got a keyfob instead.

Subpar internet speeds at 3~5Mbit/s even when standing next to the access point.

I didn't like that the heaters didn't work and that the number of parking spaces was limited. Except that, everything was good and the receptionist was very friendly and offered me to park where he usually parks.

Very friendly welcoming, clean and secure rooms with keypad entry, TV, coffee, towels and mini fridge

All was good, no complaints.

We arrived late at night but realised soon after that no one was around even in the morning. We didn't know that the pin to get in also unlocked the room. There was no where near enough milk to make a cup of coffee either. This is a very basic hotel and not cheap

The rooms are good although quite small. The location is excellent for the autobahn

There is no breakfast facility and the nearest bakery is a good walk away. The parking is very limited
