Very nice large and clean Spa area and very relaxing spa treatments. The 'superior double room' had a tea/ coffee maker and a balcony. Cosy bath robes for use in the spa were provided. The food, both the breakfast and dinner buffets were excellent. The location of the hotel is quiet and well-situated for hiking, but also very close to public transport. Check-out was at 12 noon, allowing guests to enjoy the last morning in the spa and have a late breakfast - thank you !

There was mould in the fridge, so it was unusable. The cleaners should pay more attention to detail. It would have been nice to have bath slippers together with the bath robe.

We loved the place! The swimming pool was great and every couple or days they do some free swimming pool exercices with music. The sauna was good too, although we semi got kicked out of it since you had to be in there naked and we weren't (swimwear) that comfortable being naked inside 😅 The breakfast was very good, a lot of choice and quite a lot of room to sit. For the night we always ate at the pub where you could grab a bite if you didn't go all in, the bar guys were quite funny and polite there was always a good vibe there together with our drinks and food.

Most of the staff barely speak any english. You're better off to ask your questions at the reception if you have any. The weekly and daily overviews in the elevator/at breakfast was only in german so I couldn't understand what was on the menu or activities for the night/week.

We had an excellent stay - from the location, which is surrounded by nature an all sides, to the rooms, interior design, and staff. The mattresses are comfortable (hotel pillows never are), and as a coffee addict, I appreciate the coffee machine being re-stocked with good-quality capsules every day. The bathrobes and other items in the spa-bags did not incur an extra charge, which is also a nice gesture. The pool itself is nice, has reasonable access to natural light, and was never overcrowded.

Nothing, really. The rooms themselves were on the smaller side (we stayed in an apartment in the old building), but that didn't bother us. I would say the half-board is overpriced for what it offers, but is otherwise quite allright.

Very friendly staff and great breakfast. We just did an overnight while on the road but I think most guest were there on holiday. We just enjoyed to pool and took a rest while driving through Germany. It looked like there was a lot to do in the area, maybe we'll come back to explore the area.

We were there on a monday and everything in the town was closed, but this is of course not the fault of the hotel.

Dinner and breakfast buffets are good but breakfast is a little chaotic at times. Swimming pool is also very nice. Majority of staff was friendly and rooms were clean. Free parking for guests.

Even though I stayed in one of the best rooms available, the pillows were a no go. Very flat and uncomfortable. Fridge was not working properly either since all drinks were warm. Breakfast is a bit messy with tons of guests trying to get all the food possible at once. Even though there was no lack of options, some items were not replenished quickly enough. Dinner worked better. Be aware of surcharges. It was unexpected for me since I thought I had already paid for everything. Was not a nice surprise.

Wonderful overnight stay with very nice swimming pool and a very nice sauna area . Fantastic breakfast and very helpful staff. We felt very well taken care of. Our hole stay turned out to be more then expected. Thank you.

We stayed for one night with half board. It was amazing! We enjoyed everything, the swimming pool, the sauna, the breakfast and the super super yummy dinner. All the staff at the hotel were professional. We are so impressed. We will for sure come again!

Nothing! It was really 10 out of 10 If we have to have a small suggestion. I personally do not like carpets but it is rather a personal taste.

We really liked the pool and spa. We really liked the dining facilities. We really liked the location.

Being English, disappointed not to have access to tea/coffee making facilities in the room. One or two members of staff were a bit officious.

The quick access to public transport, The many excellent choices of food, comfortable room, the big and refreshing swimming facilities
