The staff was really lovely, they helped with every query and were understanding and polite. Parking is available in secure garages for 14 EUR , as well as free parking around the hotel area I did not experience the spa / pool area so can't comment on that The beds were super comfy, and clean. Lots of space.

The lack of a kettle in the room is unfortunate. I guess Europe doesn't provide kettles in hotels as often as I see that in the UK accommodation facilities.

Well we didn't book a breakfast as we had to leave early. But onsite within a few metres is a garage shop, a cafe, a KFC, a McDonalds and a Burger King - oh and a Subway on the way out too! You are spoilt for choice for breakfast if you want it. We decided to grab something at the McDonalds and then left very quickly fast breakfast with fast food. There is a pub type of establishment there in the complex too but we didn't go as we were too tired. This was an overnight stop on our grand tour of europe. We had access to wifi to upload photos and videos plus a pool was available but we were too tired to use it. Also our car was able to be put in one of the onsite garages and we felt that it was safe there because we could see it from our bedroom window. Great place. I was last here about 20 years ago and it has changed a lot but all for the better

Just one thing to be fair. The shower was "too powerful" if that's possible. We opened the tap and the shower launched itself off the hook. So we were very careful after that to open it super-slowly. Not really a problem but one to watch for as a guest with no previous knowledge.

easy to get to. love the food over at the Truckstop. it’s fab and lovely staff. great to have the choice of bath or shower and the mattress was perfect. I didn’t have the time for breakfast, so I can’t comment. it’s great to have a kettle with a good choice of teas and coffees, thank you.

it’s a bit strange to check in via a machine and not a human being. I prefer to interact with humans.

Rooms good, friendly staff at breakfast and very fine breakfast. Well located near superchargers for EV. Parking right at hotel entrance.

The location near to A3 and price.. The single bed I had was very comfortable.. The breakfast at the restaurant (300m away) was included in the price and was okay... (But no Buffet due to Covid).

Excellent place to stay overnight while crossing Germany, easy to find, 1 min away from the highway. Reception was open after 00:00, no need to go to Shell. Great breakfast offered at Toni's around the corner

Generally basic accommodation, but clean and well maintained. Indeed, some noise in the morning (trucks passing by) if windows are opened.
