Very quirky but pleasant at the same time. We were only on a stopover from Southern Germany to the UK so had no time to really explore the area. On the outskirts of a very quiet village only 5 minutes from the main route north so perfect for us. Found a small restaurant just 500m down the road which was fine and cheap. Supermarket about a 10 min drive away in the next village if you need it. Excellent breakfast was included

Nothing really. Cluttered but that added to the character

Very cosy and friendly.New owners had just taken over the day before we arrived,a few little minor issues with explanations etc but it was not a problem.We ate there on two evenings,price quality very good.Honesty bar work's very well with a good selection of Beers and wine plus soft drinks.Bedroom was spotless, bathroom and shower excellent with soaps etc.We would definitely visit again..

This hotel is adorable, beautifully decorated. Very comfortable beds, and very clean. Our room for 3 had the extra bed made up and ready to go (a rarity!). Free parking next to the hotel. Quiet rooms, with both shutters and shades. Large room, with a balcony. Great WiFi. Excellent price. We were there on a Sunday night in January and were the only guests, but were still served a wonderful breakfast buffet in the morning. We'll be back!

I didn't like my pillow, but that's really the only thing I can think of!

Unique concept for a hotel, clearly driven by the heart of the owners. On the pictures the facilities look 'old school' and yes the style is, BUT it totally fits. We talk about an old farm and the optics, starting from carpets, over furniture to decoration just gives a cozy family-welcoming feeling. You enter and everything slows down. Super relaxing. And I have to add that old-school style doesn't mean old/rotten. Everything was in very good condition and super clean. Owners are one of the friendliest I ever met. Telling the story of the building, not charging us for the kids breakfast (and the room rate is already really cheap), very helpful.

Location depends on what you want to do. We had one night overstay for a long-distance drive. We arrive later pm, ate their nice BBQ, and slept. Next morning relaxed breakfast and we were gone, with a next stop in Eifelpark for the kids. For that it was perfect. I see nothing to complain about and I even think they should increase their room prices for what you get.

It’s a quaint hotel filled with art,teddies and love!!! The rooms are very clean, and unique and super cosy !!! Staff is lovely and the breakfast was delicious. We only stopped over the night as we had a long journey ahead but we loved it and made us feel at home. Every detail in this hotel is definitely done with love and care. As mentioned very unique and almost enchanted. Very peaceful area and close to the main road we were on. Thank you for your hospitality

We stayed only one night at the place, but really enjoyed it. It was a special experience and the place was really well decorated for Christmas . Although the place is not new, it had almost all the facilities that you need. The breakfast is really good.

The room was spacious, comfortable, quiet and cosy. The hotel leans towards owls and a bit of Christmas theme which adds to it some charm.

The breakfast did not meet the expectations but then maybe the expectations were too high. In essence the breakfast is basic so don't expect variety

All was good. Internet was weak in the room..it was good connection in common areas.

Buffet breakfast was good, nice choice and good coffee. Parking was easy on site. Lovely old building with character. Nice part of Germany to visit. Very quiet relaxing location.
