The hotel is located a short drive outside Greifswald in a small village with supermarkets and a petrol station. It's very quiet and the room was clean and comfortable with a small seating corner and a bottle of water provided. No tea/ coffe making facilities. Staff at reception was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast has a good spread of bread.

Sadly the restaurant and bar were closed so dinner is quite far away. Cleaning of room is only done every other day, but you can ask for new towels.

The hotel has an old charm and a convenient location within an easy reach of Greifswald. The family room we had was clean and spacious. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The food was great, we especially enjoyed the dinner but also the breakfast.

The hotel is next to a road, so we could hear some traffic in our room, also at night.

Very nice quirky hotel. Lovely staff, spacious family room and very clean and comfortable. There is a lovely garden outside with a seating area.

Unfortunately there is no lift

The Hotel Stettiner Hof has lots of old charm, including old machines on display all around and a mini railroad out back. The breakfast buffet was also tasty and filling.

It would be nice to have an electric kettle in the room with some tea bags and coffee.

Comfortable stay. They were quite good prepared for our gluten-free diet requirements.

Very small choice of gluten-free products during breakfast even though we asked about it many weeks before our stay.

We booked a private suite room at the last minute on the way to reach there, and the staff couldn't find our reservation in their system. But they were friendly enough to create a new reservation and checked if the room was clean enough. It was a quick check-in despite unexpected circumstances. The bathroom was huge (in the private suite: Rügen), well equipped and clean :) Also, there was a huge garden and backyard space behind the hotel, which could be heaven for travellers with kids. But our schedule was so packed that our kid could not explore all that. For the facilities offered, their prices are a steal.

The water from the tap had a very strong metallic taste, which is common for old buildings with ancient plumbing systems. The hotel offered a bottle of mineral water in the room. But that was not sufficient for a couple with kid.

The staff was very attentive and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and fresh with a choice of breads, cold meats, cheeses, cereals, preserves and honey, fresh fruit salad, choice of egg dishes, juices, coffee and teas and a smile from the staff. The garden and patio are interesting, resembling a little train station. Dinner included the obligatory asparagus at this time of the year in Germany, which was cooked to perfection with home made hollandaise sauce, which is not always the case in restaurants! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and recommend a stay there to anyone visiting Greifswald but wants to enjoy a bit of peace and quiet after a busy day.

Very comfortable beds, delicious breakfast and coffee. Old style and classy :)

Nothing to complain about

The staff were exceptional, and went out of their way to help us with everything we asked for immediately (baby bed, baby chair, etc). Food was excellent, too :) nice soups and proper flammekuch a la carte and a, good breakfast menu! We will be back
