The location was very convenient. It was our third time to stay there so we were happy to return. The breakfast was very good, there was water to drink available in the foyer and the bar was great. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are very quiet.

The breakfast no longer had fruit salad, which was disappointing. There were apples instead. When the breakfast time passed, the staff were very quick to remove plates/cups from tables, even when people hadn't finished eating. The rooms are quite compact, with no wardrobe and limited storage space, so the hotel is ideal for a short stay.

A good chain hotel. Comfortable, clean and well-equipped rooms. The breakfast buffet is excellent. The location is five minutes from the main train station and 10-15 minutes from the main market square. There is a supermarket next door and a cinema around the corner. The square where the hotel is located is a regenerated space that spectacularly failed, it's essentially a dead and barren square with a tram stop and shops that open late for drinks and cigarettes. But that's not the hotel's fault but the city planners did a miserabele job there. There is an excellent Vietnamese place close by though on the pedestrian street that leads to the city centre.

The hotel is very conveniently located to the train station. It is easy to walk. Also, from the hotel, there is a beautiful pedestrian street with shops to Marktplatz. Elegant rooms, friendly reception staff.

For a hotel of this level, the breakfast had a minimal selection of dishes. In addition, 40 minutes before the end of breakfast, the staff no longer replenished the hot dishes (scrambled eggs, sausages). There were no vegetables at all. The pancakes were terribly tasteless.🤔

The room was very clean and nicely presented. The bed and bedding was fabulous. Breakfast was fresh and a small but good range of foods. So nice to have individual climate control in each room. Halle (Saale) is a very beautiful place and would have been great to have stayed a little longer.

No fridge or kettle, but there was shops very close and the bar was nice.

There was no kettle in room nor communal tea/coffee making facilities, and so could not make a hot beverage when relaxing in the room. However, the staff kindly supplied me with hot water at the bar when I asked for it.

Great Location- within walking distance to the train station and town Center. A Tram station right by the hotel. Comfortable bed and lovely interior. Great size room. Breakfast was also great with plenty of choices and a decent coffee machine and an amazing variety of teas.

I liked the Indian male receptionist(I didn’t get his name), he was very helpful, showing me the way to get around without using the cab all the time.

It will be nice to have “Holiday Inn” in English added to the Niu. I felt lost at the beginning.

I wrote a message after I booked the hotel to ask about whether there is water kettle in the room, no answer. I hope the staff can reply customer's message.

No water kettle at the room. The rest are fine. I really like the fresh water at the lobby. And one of the staff was so friendly.

Location is great with easy access to trams. Main station just a couple minutes away. Parking at the hotel was good, although full. Breakfast was okay and probably as expected. Staff was friendly.

A bit of noise from the tram tracks nearby, but otherwise very quiet.

Nice and clean hotel. The location is convenient, close to the railway station and tram stops, and relatively close to the city centre.

The lift was exceptionally slow. Other than that, I found nothing to complain about.
