Staff 10/10. When you are on a business trip it is really easy to make you feel comfortable and cared for. It seems that they have understood the Bible of a hotel and how to manage. I simple loved the young staff trying the best to be kind and solving anything really quick. I admire the resilience that two people of the staff had when I observe a bunch of Spanish people being rude and hostile because they were making fun out of the way they speak English...

I can't mention anything as all my needs were covered.

The hotel staff was very helpful with my requests and I appreciate their hard work.

The layout was a bit bizarre. Some of the hotel rooms are on the other side of the streets and a bit awkward to locate. The hotel room ceiling was slanted so again, a bit awkward.

Quiet, clean, central location with comfortable beds. Right in the city centre, lots of options for food. Half an hour walk to amphitheater, 10 min walk to Hanau West station.

My second time there in a short period of time, had no doubt I should stay there again.

The very same conditions just as I had days ago, but for some reason €20 higher. Oh and there was no spoon for coffee this time, which was upsetting. But other than that that place is perfect.

Heated floors in the room. Work table with chair. Hot water kettle was nice.
