Start first with the best. Personnel were extremely friendly and helpful.I was pleasantly surprised at how good the breakfast was . Exceptional for a property in this category. Everything on the premises was super clean. It was a very quiet location, thought it was in an industrial area and could have been spooky at night if I had been out on my own, which I wasn't.

Though it is probably convenient for some ( a family on a road trip or employees of nearby businesses, of it was a bit out of the way for the people who were to pick me up for an event. I didn't know the area and thought it wouldn't matter. The room was adequately furnished. I liked the wide window that can be opened fully. I found the beds uncomfortably firm. Others may like that. Fortunately, as I was alone in a double room I could use one of the thick comforters as a makeshift mattress topper. The water in the bathroom was very hot. There was a sign saying that it had to run for a while to get to the right temperature but that didn't happen. I was either scalding or lukewarm.

Staff INCREDIBLE, woman and boy were educated, kind and servicial. They waited me a bit longer for the check-in. I had to drive 4h and they did wait me. I will come again 200%.

The rooms are spacious, with a small kitchenette and a table. The place is clean, albeit not the most modern. Breakfast is absolutely spectacular. The location is not ideal for a city person but it is next to a large forest and they are extremely dog friendly (they left us bowls and treats in the room).

That my pet was not only allowed but welcomed. They had bowls and treats for my dog. The Reception very friendly. It was perfect as a place to rest while visiting the area. Although on the highest floor it was not extremely hot (temps reached 35° C that weekend!)

I wish there were more places to sit outside. There was no waste basket outside. so there was some rubbish laying around on Sunday morning. And I had no where to leave my dog's poo.

The hotel is very efficient. You get a clean room with a clean bathroom. Also, there is good closet space Breakfast is good, there is variety of food to select from Parking is free on the premises, and there is enough for all the guests

No air conditioned, not even a fan. In summer this has not become a must After 20:00 the reception is closed and there is no one to contact in case you need

Great Staff and had everything set up for my dog. Was very nice! There is a big grassy area in the back so I could take my puppy out and let him run. There are also many trails in the forest nearby.

I missed a garbage can outside. I had nowhere to put my dog's waste. Maybe the possibility to eat breakfast outside so my puppy could have joined me.

Service / cost is absolutely great. Location and tidiness is also well maintained.

WiFi could be improved. In our room there was null coverage.

Spacious appartment; clean and comfortable with kitchen. Shops closeby. Outstanding value for the money - we slept with 6 for 100 Euro or so.

You get what you pay for. One night stay on the way from UK to Croatia. Very quiet around in Sat evening. Can buy beer at the reception.

The accommodations are very clean and comfortable, the staff is absolutely kind and the breakfast is generous and tasty. For those like myself who are not going by car, just an advice: if you can´t walk long distances or if you don´t like to walk, look for a taxi in advance (ask the reception desk, I guess they can help you). This was not a problem for me, because I love walking, but the guesthouse is 40 minutes far from the train station (walking)

Unfortunatelly, the wifi was out of work in my room more than once, althougth I was able to surf the web at the recepction desk. The reception desk tryied to help me with a payied wifi box, but it did not work either. I guess it was a problem with the location of the room.
