Location, in the very centre of herford, hotel is very nice and modern, good sized rooms , clean and tidy, bathroom is also a good size, powerful shower, Staff are very friendly and helpful, Breakfast is buffet style, good variety, Parking is offsite, but is about 50metres away, it's in the Alt stadt parkhaus, plenty of spaces ,which are big , also very secure, and the hotel pays for the parking, just collect your ticket when driving in , and the hotel reception will frank your parking ticket and that's it, use your ticket when leaving the parkhaus, I've stayed at this hotel on many occasions, would definitely recommend to others, the location and the free parking is a big winner for me

Location, just perfect, everything is in close proximity, Rooms are a good size, clean and tidy, bathroom is a decent size with good shower, bed is comfortable, Staff are super friendly and helpful, Breakfast is good , buffet style, with a good selection, Would definitely stay again and recommend to others

We stay in the new rooms and are comfortable and clean. The bed was great and they accept our little dog.

The hotel is in a pedestrian street, so you will have to carry your bags from the parking. It is not the easies to find by car. The elevator are a bit old and small.

The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Breakfast was perfect! Bed was very comfortable Location was town center

We didn't like to leave!

Roomy and the guy on reception was great. We didn’t get breakfast until 11:30 and we just went into little cafe and they served us with some great breakfast food I have to say.

Honestly nothing

A very beautiful and stylish room with an excellent bed, nice furniture and a perfect bathroom. There were coffee making facilities, as well a minibar in the room. The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the middle of the city, but in a peaceful position. Breakfast was very good. Nice staff.

They claimed to have gluten free alternatives at breakfast, but when I asked for gluten free bread I was told I should have asked in advance. Also no gluten free müsli was offered. Coffee very weak (but that is normal in Germany)

Everything. The room was specious, it was quiet at night. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were very pleasant.
