Excellent value stay to the North of Hof. My room was pretty spacious and had pretty much all I needed. The staff were welcoming and friendly, it seemed like a mini-family running the hotel. The breakfasts were excellent with lots if choice and plenty of fresh fruit. Overall a good budget stay.

As is the case with a lot of established properties there's no aircon and as the climate heats up this is going to cause a problem as the room was just too warm. The room service came around too early - normally when you still had things to do, ideally it should be after breakfast, IE from 10am.

Very good German hotel! Old fashioned, which in this case was good: minimalistic, clean, with a great breakfast! Actually I liked that it was very local and locals are working here, cleaning team, receptionist all were very polite and helpful. On the first floor was German pub, I prefer not to drink while traveling, but it looked cozy too.

I liked everything! But here are some thoughts: I came late and was offered late check-in, but normally check-in is until 22:00, so be prepared. Overall hotel is not modern, which might be an issue if you expect cool design and entertainment.

I needed a room at short notice, boking on the day of arrival. The staff were able to accommodate my late check in by leaving the key in a key box - for which i was very grateful. I was also offered a reduced price for breakfast. About 10 mins walk from Hof Hbf.

Very friendly and helpful check-in, especially as another staff member had neglected to note our special requests. However all was arranged as we'd hoped - car in garage rather than on-street in particular. Location is not especially attractive but convenient for old town/river etc. and the building's exterior belies its smart and comfortable interior. Breakfast was lavish and very varied as to choices. Lovely staff!

We had asked to reserve a table for dinner, but on arrival we learnt that the restaurant was closed., despite the online info. The manageress gave us some suggestions and a town-centre map which was very useful.

Nice small hotel in a quiet area but close to the centre for restaurants and bars .they let me put my motorbike in there garage which was nice and I had 3 lovely breakfasts free thanks to booking .com ..if in the area would stay again all the staff were all for the clients well being ..

The breakfast was the best part of my stay - huge variety, unlimited amount and very tasty. The staff of the hotel is also very friendly and supportive. Location is close to both - Central Station and city center. I can only recommend this place :)

It's a bit overpriced, but I think it's generally a trend in Hof - all hotels charge way more than they should.

Breakfast was great , huge choice of food on offer. Room was what it is , small but comfy for me. Bathroom clean and shower was great. Dinner and drinks were fantastic, homely cooked meals and damn tasty.

Nothing was bad for me , this was just a quick stop we picked along the way and turned out to be really good to stay there.

parking was easy even with our large Van. the staff was very friendly and helpful. we expected a pretty standard breakfast and were positively surprised with a great variety including salmon and some home made salads.

They have an elevator inside but one needs to climb a few stairs to get in the building. it was ok with my compact travel stroller but could be tricky for handicapped guests or even with a normal stroller

Room was big with big bed, staff was friendly our dog was welcome and it is easy to find. We had a breakfast. It was delicious with lots of different food. We reccommend this hotel to everyone.
