Excellent location in the city centre and fabulous old building. Despite central location, very quiet. Very welcoming staff and helpful. Good and well organised breakfast. Shower and bathroom recently installed and classy design, very good shower and super clean. The best things were the beds with super matraces, giving us a divine sleep!!!

Nothing wrong with Hotel, except front door locked too early in the evening and access only through circuitous backstreet route.

Better warning of step down into the room. A little difficult to find way into car park.

Very convenient, close proximity to the station. Staff was super nice.

The stairs are a little steep, so be mindful if you're carrying big luggage. Also I don't think it's barrier-free.

It was so clean and the Hotelstaffs are so accommodating. It is also located nearby the city and train Terminal. I would like to stay here again next time.

It's a 5-minute walk to the centre, where there are shops and cafes. The free parking was safe and easy to find. The staff was friendly and our room was modern.

The mattresses were too soft for our taste - and the cleaning lady started hoovering so early, which woke us up.

The hotel is old with plenty of character and is well positioned for the town.

Reception was strangely different. The room did not meet my expectations, but I suppose I should have checked the photos. Cobwebs were included. There was little shower pressure on the second floor. There was not enough parking for the number of guests. Breakfast was Spartan and not value for money.

Solid quality hotel in a historic building. Comfortable rooms with good (soft) beds, very quiet. Restaurant serving regional "country-style" fare. Good buffet breakfast with hot drinks served to the table.
