Really nice arrival, stay, and surroundings The video on the website showed very nicely how to get the room key. The room had a tv, a fridge and even a dishwasher. It was so nice staying so close to the river, that had a little beach, the guests could use.

The communication from the owners through booking.com was difficult. They wanted me to answer some questions about our stay, but really wanted me to use their own messagesystem through their website. I tried, but I couldnt use my own e-mail adress, but had to use a booking.com generated e-mail adress, that I couldn't access. After spending a whole hour, I made it work, and could answer then on their own messagesystem. At this point, I tried to message them using e-mail and booking.com without any luck. Nothing else to complain about.

We are French and we stayed twice at the Appartementhaus Schleiblick as a stop-and-go on a round trip to Sweden in august 2024. The location is very nice in front of a lake that is actually not a lake but a sea inlet that forms a sort of bay. It is very beautiful and quiet, rooted in the german country side. That is why on booking it says lake and sea view. It is actually one view of the same thing. BTW, the description on booking was spot on. The pictures and details given as description were 100% accurate. Consequently, you are not disappointed when you arrive and you do not feel let down by omissions or corners cut. The appartements are located in large houses just in front of the bay. Try to book and appartement with the "lake/sea"view because the view from bedroom and living room is very beautiful at dawn and sunset. They are also quieter because they face the lake whereas the "non view" ones may face the road on the other side of the houses. Personally we were lucky twice: we had appartement n°13 (familly suite) and n°11 (one room), both on the first and last foor of the house that has the best view on the lake in our opinion. That is the one just next to the entrance and to the small parking lot. It faces directly a little marina and a garden with a small beach, if you want to have a swim. In this particular house you also have appartement 12 facing the lake but on ground floor. This one also has a shared terrace just in front of its windows, with outside tables and barbecue which are shared with others hosts. There is also appartement n°10, on the first floor, but it faces the road on the other side, contrary to n°11 and 13. We also really appreciate the cleanliness and overall state of the appartement. Not new but quite as if. The furnitures, bathroom and kitchen equipment were also in perfect shape and totally operational. The bed were comfortable and quite firm, which we liked.

We did not have any particular negatives to highlight. But just as a warning: there is no close place in the area to do shopping and buy grocery. So you need to anticipate if you want to cook your meals. Otherwise, the restaurant of the camping of the other side of the road is quite good and the staff is very welcoming and helpful. For instance we ad a late arrival at 9.30 pm and the restaurant closes a 9pm, but they accepted to improvise something and cook some pizzas for us to take away. Hats off to them!

Easy check in after watching the video. Fully equipped kitchen and lounge dining area. Comfortable lounge, good TV, nice bathroom. The pub over the road was a bonus for an evening meal.

The bed, while comfortable was a bit narrow which meant that it was one mattress on one set of slats rather than the usual individual mattresses and slats. Because I am a restless sleeper this meant my wife had to use the sofa bed in the lounge, which was OK but not ideal.

super clean and spacious - also great to be able to pay for a later check out! Also, since it was already pretty cold in this part of Germany, it was very pleasant to enter a warm room. In addition the outdoor sauna was a nice bonus!

The video about how to check-in was not very helpful of you’re not fluid in german. There should be a text version that is at least possible to translate.

Near a lake and in great location if you are traveling with a car. A lots of things to do at the property. Clean and nice over all!

The walls were thin and you could hear everything from outside. Our fridges "bottle holder" was a little bit broken so when we put glass bottles there, next time someone opened the fridge they all dropped and broke. Not that big of a problem but just to let you know so you don't have to use your night cleaning

Really nice hotel with a very “automated” check-in so did not meet any staff. Clean and high quality rooms. The hot tub and sauna was great!

you can not expect more. Awesome place to stay. Really great location, amazing views, very nice kitchen with awesome dishes and appliances
