Located close to the Alps, Gasthof Krone for us is the perfect stop on our way to our ski destination. The hotel has spacious rooms, a warm shower and beds are very comfortable. The restaurant offers great German dishes like “Schnitzel” and big glasses of beer at a very reasonable price. It is also possible to take your dinner with you to your room. Easy when you arrive late and travel with small children. Staff is friendly and they offer a buffet style breakfast in the morning with lots of choice and great coffee! Only thing missing would be (especially in the future) some more loading places for electric cars in the car park (which is free). Then again; there is a FastNed charger at 900m from the hotel. Great for topping of for next days journey! At the price point they charge; five stars all the way!

Only a small detail, which was resolved immediately, but we requested a baby cot, and it wasn't there when we arrived. Again, in less than an hour it was there.

There is no AC, whilst rooms can become rather hot during summer.

Our 2 rooms weren't adjacent and rooms were prepared for 4 and 1. Surprising and not convenient for a family.

Great location, near highway. Located in a small village. Large rooms. Nice restaurant for evening meal as we arrived pretty late. Very friendly stuff. The breakfast buffet was pretty poor, but you can order freshly made scrambled eggs, sausage or bacon.

Perfect location near the A9 highway. Friendly staff, a great restaurant with great food for evening meals. Clean and new room, good WIFI connection.

The breakfast was kind of a disappointment, no hot meal available (sausages, scrambled eggs etc.). There is also no fridge in the room.

Clean Hotel

Breakfast has been the same for several years, it would be necessary to refresh the dishes a bit and offer something more.

Very friendly Gasthof. Lovely meal sat outside in the evening. Nice breakfast. Centre of small village and very peaceful. Staff were brilliant. Loved it.

Really a great place to stay, nice clean room, friendly and helpful staff and very good food. We’re coming back here again next time we are in the area.
