Everything was perfect in the hotel. Smooth and fast online check-in, spotless clean and spacious room, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen. Our kids just loved kids room with a lot of toys. There is also free sauna included in the price (unfortunately we did not have time for it). The hotel is located in the spectacular view among the mountants with a lot of good cafe nearby. Breakfast was awesome, very delicious, service was good.

Took an apartment for 4, the bed is really king size and the linen is high-quality. The sofa for kids was not so comfortable, but fitted. Delicious breakfast buffet. Additional thanks for let us stay in hotel after check-out time till my unexpected urgent work done.

Love this place. Will definitely be coming back! My family and I, especially the kids loved their breakfast. Very accessible to kid friendly skiing areas.

The owners and staff were welcoming and extremely helpful on several occasions.They were attentive and very nice.Breakfast was excellent and is more a brunch. Best raspberry jam i have ever eaten.

The room was clean when we arrived but was not cleaned well every day. The floor was not cleaned neither mopped nor vacuumed. The bathroom was not well cleaned. The rest of the hotel was impeccable and spotless. I think the hotel was packed and the room cleaners must have been overwhelmed.that was the only negative thing abt the hotel.otherwise great

We stayed for one night. Nice hotel with traditional exterior, but new, modern interior. Located in a typical Austrian village. Easy check in. The room was very clean. Breakfast was absolutely fantastic, with everything one could wish for. It's amazing how the hotel staff achieved this level of quality and variety while maintaining all the anti- COVID-19 measures in the dining area. The staff was polite and helpful.

We stayed only one night on our way to Italy so didn't have time to fully enjoy everything.

I liked everything

The breakfast was very good and with a wide range of dishes. About the hotel it is a dissent hotel, with nice rooms and located on a hill with very nice views of the valley. I would recommend the hotel for a few nights, to stress you out.

Due to the Covid Pandemia the restaurant was closed, but once the Pandemic will be over, I guess that they will open it again. So nothing remarkable in this point.
