Soundproof! Very quiet rooms, doors closed very well: I had a perfect night of deep, undisturbed sleep. The check-in at the ATM-like machine was easy-peasy. Very clean. The room was perfect for a business trip.

I saw on google maps that there was a Konditorei next door; was already mentally preparing for a sweet breakfast there. But it is gone, even though the signage was still there. A foot-reflex massage sounds tempting too but less so for breakfast ;) I did not use the parking space for the second night; there was ample space on the street and the parking was used as a soccer playground by some local kids. Not really problematic, they were sort of careful, but kids play might harm the cars unintentionally.

it was cheap and comfortable

1/. it took AGES, several minutes, for the hot water to arrive at the basin in the morning: what a waste of water. 2/. you needed a PIN to change the programme on the TV or to proceed with "Guide" - this PIN was not supplied and so I had to call the helpline which (because my phone is a UK phone) was an international number chargeable at premium rates. Inconvenient and costly.

We conveniently parked (free of charge) behind the house. The self check in process at the machine felt a little lengthy but was uncomplicated overall. Entering the property and finding the room was easy. The hallway gave off a bit of a hospital vibe but the room was actually very nice and clean with everything we needed. The 15m2 seemed spacious and even with a cot we had plenty of space for luggage and moving around. The beds were very comfortable and the room mostly quiet. Sometimes we could hear someone in the hallway but we weren’t much bothered by it. The house is in walking distance to the train station with restaurants near by. A very pleasant stay overall.

There was no fridge on the room. We stayed 1 night only so it wasn’t necessary.

The one we reserved was not up to date, with carpet and since it was wet, the manager immediately changed us to another location, a new building, excellent service of the cleaning ladies of the old building, very responsive and did all their best to help us. The new building has flooring, not carpet, very modern with Practical decoration, basic with one TV and great wifi. Good size of the bathroom, and free parking space in-front of the building and a block away a place for RVs parking. Can be very noisy if people are in the hallway talking. You could even listen sneezing ! Should be cheaper for what it is.

PRICY for what they offer, only a good shower and cheap bad pillows with a comfortable bed. No bike rentals close to it, No toiletries, only Olive oil soap. No breakfast, on Sundays only at the promenade you can get one.

Neat, clean, convenient, all one needed at not too high a cost. Super shower and bathroom. Quiet.

There was a kettle and a cup but no coffee sachets or tea bags.

Self Check in was so uncomplicated. we came at 2am and could just get the card ourselfs. also I loved the shower and the bed was comfortable

Perfect for a late night arrival after train delay problems. A 2 room suite great for a family, not too expensive, only 5 mins walk from station.

Easy to reach from Leer train station. Easy check-in. It is a clean and spacious single room. Modern interior.

Just to keep in mind: a bottle of water in the room is for free, but more options are limited in the area in (late) evenings.

Check-in was really easy using the machine at the back of the hotel. The room with bathroom were modern and clean. And I am always happy to see there is a proper desk and chair available.

The room was clean and cozy, nice big bed and bathroom with a bathtub and separate shower cabin, the sleeping sofa is big enough for two adults. Easy checking process

A bit warm on a hot summer day without AC and it can be noisy with the window open
