Modern hotel, very spacious room. Excellent breakfast, with many options and good quality food. Nice and welcoming staff. Very clean in general. Secluded parking to the back, with access to the structure, very good for a motorbike. At a walking distance from the old town and some services (market, gas station are not far).

If I am not mistaken, a wellness spa was advertised, but this was not mentioned when on site. No view from my room or lobby, and possibly from anywhere in the hotel, considering the position. Generally not a fashionable touristic hotel, more of a business type.

Great breakfast buffet with a lot to choose from. Comfortable and large rooms with a large wardrobe in the annex. Although there is no bar at night, there is a vending machine with beer, Softdrinks and wine available.

Bathroom is a bit aged and there is not a lot of room for toiletries. Annex can be reached via elevator / stairs or a short walk across the parking lot.

Clean hotel, great area, the people are friendly and helped us with our needs. This was our second stay here and won't be the last. They have a parking option in the back for some added cost, the hotel itself is beautiful and comfortable and is close by to shops, restaurants and pharmacies.

We stayed in a newly renovated room this time! Breakfast buffet was very nice and the staff is helpful and friendly. It’s also very close to the city center (5min walk)

There are only large bottles of wine in the vending machine. A selection of smaller bottles would be great (0,2)

Nice breakfast with lots of options from fruit, yogurt and granola to bread, meat and cheese along with scrambled eggs. Good assortment. The dining room was large and included a solarium for a sunny option, weather permitting. Location was great! We were close to Coburg and Bamberg. We also spent a day at the sauna in Bad Staffelstein (less than 10 minutes away). The staff was really friendly and helpful!

The lighting in the room was either completely light to completely dim. I wanted to read in bed but it was difficult with the bedside lights. The bathroom wasn’t completely private with the frosted glass but it looked cool!

the only thing we really didn’t like - the shower and toilet in our room were just behind semitransparent glass walls, providing very little privacy and no sound isolation

Rooms were so lovely and breakfast was great. Hotel is very calm and peaceful. The best of all were the staff who were so kind and made some accommodations for us which they did not need to so we really appreciated their help. We would recommend staying there to anyone.

The hotel was conveniently located near Lichtenfels Station. A comfortable stay with friendly staff and a great breakfast selection. The room was clean and spacious with a bed suitable for any weary traveller.

It was great - big spacious room, clean bathroom, beer machines in the hall and a delicious breakfast (we were spoiled for choice). Definitely recommend, a great price/quality. We will come again.
