Perfect location just near the stores , in the middle of the outlet; and also practic to have the parking , even if it s not free (10€\day) . You take the elevator from the parking to your room . The room is nice and clean . The staff was super nice and friendly , I could make the check in super early for free.

The hotel must change the pillows cause are very uncomfortable , really like bricks. It s a pity. Otherwise my stay was perfect for a weekend of shopping .

Love the hotel, very nice and clean and was lovely to have as my morning coffee view Gucci & Jimmy Choo across the road 😂… lovely stay bang in the heart of luxury shopping! I mean what a girl would want more?!!!

The only thing that the hotel should look into would be the quality of the WiFi & room tv entertainment which didn’t work most of the time as well as the pillows provided which are rock hard! We ended up asking for an extra duvet and rolled up and used as headrest/pillow but otherwise a lovely pleasant stay with very polite and helpful staff

For outlet oriented trips its in the hearth of the mall. So do your shopping walk 5 min to leave your bags to hotel, take a break and continue. Good breakfast. Good bar for spending some time after before shopping. Foosball table and a pan cake machine are nice details. Dont forget to be a Marriott Bonvoy(TM) member before check-in and also use your luck for gift wheel.

Elevators are realy slow, but since the building is two floor use the stairs its much more better.

This hotel is perfect for anyone coming to shop at OUTLETCITY Metzingen, as it’s located right in the center of the outlet area—surrounded by stores. There’s an underground parking garage, which is very convenient, though parking costs €12 per day. The room looked new and modern, but it didn’t have many in-room amenities. Still, the location makes it a great choice for shopping trips.

Although it's confortable, the room lacked basic things (or at least things that are considered basic nowadays for modern hotels) ... a bottle of water, an (empty) mini fridge, an additional blanket, or a kettle

The hotel was stylish and clean, with an ideal location—most shops were just a 2–3 minute walk away. Having an on-site parking lot was very convenient. Unlike nearby restaurants, the hotel still served food after 9 PM, which was a big plus. The woman at the reception was exceptionally kind and helpful.

There was no refrigerator in the room.

The (bath)room and room is modern and clean. The shower space a bit on the small side. The room is not too big either but due to the lay-out and use of smart furniture satisfactory here too. Parking under the hotel very convenient.

No cleaning or changing towels for 3 days due to environmental concerns, I believe is a smart way of saving on work/staff. Nice parking garage but only 1 of 2 available elevators going there is not the fastest option.

The location was absolutely fantastic, right on the side of the stores we always frequent. Parking was full on the day of check-in, but we ended up finding a closer spot later on. We would come back again.

The street were quite loud during the night. The air and heating system were extremely hot during the night, but we couldn't find a way to turn it off. It was quite annoying.
