The location is very central. The room is nicely furnished and the bed is comfy. The room access is very easy with the bluetooth access codes to via the mobile phone. Free parking opposite the hotel in a small yard. High quality finishing nice restaurant for breakfast.

The bathroom door is obstructing the toilet and it is a challenge to get through the door inside the bathroom to access the toilet.

There's much to like here, so I'll break it into sections. Location and building, staff, breakfast, accessibility. The hotel is central, one street away from the high street, and a 10-minute walk from the station. The hotel is new (at the time of writing, March 2024), the building was recently partially rebuilt, and it shows. We stayed in a family room, which was furnished solidly and had plenty of space. The family room is also completely separate to other rooms, making it a lot less stressful when the kids wake up at 5 and decide it's time to get up. The staff were incredibly friendly, and helpful beyond what I expected. When we initially booked online, our room was only available for the first night we wanted to stay. After booking, I rang the hotel to see if there was any chance we could book a different type of room for our second night. After being asked to hold for a moment, the guy on the desk informed me they'd pulled some strings and made it so that we could have the family room for both nights. This required no further organization from my part expect for paying for the extra night +. breakfast at checkout. Every staff member spoke fluent English. Another 'above and beyond' moment came when we arrived back to the hotel one evening with a car, only to find that the first come first serve car park was full. The receptionist offered her own parking space, as she was finishing her shift shortly afterwards, and went to the car park with my partner to sort it out. Breakfast was typical of high-quality breakfasts in most hotels I've stayed in throughout Germany. Fresh bread, a variety of cooked eggs, some speciality items (the pizza omelettes were a hit with the kids), and a variety of cold meats, cheeses, joghurts, cereals, dairy and non dairy options. They have a standard modern coffee machine, which was pretty good by my standards, and a selection of breakfast juices too.

Not a criticism, especially given what I said in my positive section about how they helped us with the car, but if you are travelling with a car bear in mind that the car park is first come first serve, and street parking in Neumarkt is residents only. There is another paid car park nearby and the staff can help you locate it. Not a negative point on the hotel, just worth knowing in advance.

We received a warm enthusiastic welcome from Stephan. Thank you! There was a separate locked room for our bikes. Beautiful updated room and shower. Great location near shops. Quiet street to leave the window open at night. Appreciate that there was an elevator to our room.

We have appreciated the ability to control the temperature of the room with the thermostat.

- big and modern rooms - self check-in after 20:00, meaning that you don't have to worry about the arrival hour - close parking provided by the city, for only 3.5 euros/day - perfect location to stay if you are on the road and need to rest for one night - really good value for money

Excellent breakfast, large variety. Very friendly and helpful staff, clean room.

The bed/matress was too soft for me and the room was quite hot without air conditioning switched-on (app. 25°C during the night in middle of March...). Plus, the free Wifi was veeeery slow.

Very clean and comfortable. A great location with paid parking. And an absolutely delicious breakfast. First class hotel with a very fair price and the staff were amazing.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in the town centre and close to lovely local restaurants. The room was newly decorated, but still cosy with luxurious details. The breakfast was magnificent. After a great stay, we were quickly on our way (back on the A3) to Holland.

Nice clean, modern room. Comfortable bed. Access system worked well, I didn't need to speak to any humans! Parking nearby in a public car park only cost €2.50 overnight.

Not really soundproof, got woken by other guests at 5am. Bring earplugs!

The hotel is new.. The bed and pillow are comfortable. The room is equipped with everything you need, there are 2 complimentary bottles of water: still and sparkling. Reception is closed after 8 p.m., so you'd need to use a special night entrance door. They send a lot of letters during the booking and the stay which is convenient. The location is superb.

Location was perfect for the Christmas market. Gentleman who checked us in was very friendly & met us in the street when we pulled up to direct us to free parking. Breakfast was very good, had a good variety.

Shared a room with my 7yo, husband & other child were far apart, on another floor. The beds also had to be pushed together but worked out fine.
