The meals are outstanding. We chose half board to include all meals. Excellent choices and plenty of options for all meals. . Wonderful staff in all areas, from room service to restaurant staff.

Due to the extreme weather… 90 degrees, The restaurant did not have air conditioning and was very uncomfortable to enjoy a five star restaurant. Could have used an English introduction to all of the facilities..as we were at a loss as to the availability of all that they had to offer.

My Husband and I needed a little getaway and we had some kind of expectations, but, all details and things of the hotel were higher than any expectation we had. We had a super super great stay and we really enjoyed every part of the hotel. From Breakfast to Dinner, Wine and Cocktails. From Spa and Wellness to Pool and Sauna.. Everything was just more than great. Also the Massages are really great. They made everything to have us a warm and welcome stay. Sadly we just had 2 days in this Hotel but we surely will be coming back. Huge Thank You. 15/10 !! Ps. Try the 5 Course Menu with a good glas/ bottle of red or white wine. Its not food. Its Art with an good taste in an good atmosphere. Just enjoy the journey. 😊😉

We really liked everything and everyone involved. We thought breakfast and dinner were fabulous. Views of the Bavarian countryside from the restaurant and our room with balcony were splendid. Excellent outdoor areas for swimming and lounging. Sunsets at dinner were nature at its best. Food always high quality, fresh and beautifully served with a wide selection for all tastes. For breakfast, self service was easy and quick. Table service, for breakfast and dinner was fast and professional. Those serving us were very friendly and very capable. Our room was lovely. Beautifully desecrated, spacious, with a two person bathroom (separate Loo) and very large Smart TV's. Super comfortable bed. Cleaners left everything spotless. Birkenhof is a tribute to the professionalism of its owners and staff. Five stars are not enough. What more could one want?

This is a beautiful property located in a peaceful, secluded area. We were truly able to unwind and unplug from the world and just enjoy one another’s company in their immaculate spa. The facilities were SUPER clean. We booked the half board and thoroughly enjoyed our 5-course dinner. The bar area was a nice place to relax and enjoy a drink after dinner. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

All fine, we just had no time to visit wellness and spa after/before work cause our schedule was almost exactly same as w&s opening hours... so extension of opening hours till 10 would have helped us. As english speaking traveler, english menu, english guest info.... would be nice, But I know I should have expected it...

Beautiful location. Excellent food for breakfast and dinner. Spa, pool and sauna area was excellent. Bar with live entertainment at night. Free parking. Basically had everything you needed. Nice service.

Wish the saunas and pools were open later than 8pm...other than that...not many complaints.

There was a very strange noise in the room, which appeared and disappeared, making work very difficult.

The food was great, the drinks were good and the people were fantastic.

Everything was on best and we are very satisfied. We will take time to visit that place again !!!
