So much fun for kids and adults, cool facilities, well organized, all reachable in the walking distance, no time to get bored :) and the price is very reasonable for all the services you get.

The food choice did upset me a bit. Whenever I was in halbpension in Germany, the choice was really rich. And here it was quite small

The pillows were flat and precised no support.

This is beautiful place in the middle of reserve, very silent is here, good pool for children, good food of German stile. Here is spacious room.

You will need to go uphill to arrive your parking place, diner hole or the pool. The architecture and room arranging are looking so like it was built at 70s, was closed at 1980 and opened at 2015. The room will be cleaned by additional pay only. There is not very friendly staff.

We travelled to this resort with my family. Here are the things we really liked and enjoyed: - The location - it is located on the top of one of the of hills with really spectacular view. When it was warm we really enjoyed to have breakfast and dinner outside. - Food - we enjoyed the food selection for breakfast and dinner. The food was fresh and tasty. Kids also had an opportunity to find something for themselves - Swimming pool - really nice one with the exist to outside pool. The water was warm. - Room - it looked that they are either renovating or extending the facilities. We stayed in quite fresh building on the ground floor. - Really helpful and friendly staff!

- Cost - I found the price for this resort a bit high and expected the respective services / facilities. It was unfortunate to know that the price mainly covered the room, breakfast and dinner. For anything else you had to pay like: spa/sauna, parking!!! most of the other entertaining facilities for kids - Amenities - again probably related to the cost topic. For the money I paid I expected that we could would be provided with free swimming pool towels and bathrobe. It was unfortunately not included - Crowded and a lot of kids - ok, we also came with the kids, but during first day if felt super crazy in the canteen during the dinner. Too loud, too crowded. Worth to say that next day we got used to it, but maybe set some expectations for yourself, if you plan to travel without kids :) - Bar working hours - was a bit sad to see that the bar closes rather early :(

The place is very well run especially the cafe area and reception.

The apartment is in desperate need of a makeover. The sofa bed was not safe for children and we had to remove the mattress and have the kids sleep on the floor!!! For 224€ a night, we expected more. We did raise this issue and they offered us a newer apartment, however we would need to pay an extra 300€ which we declined. We felt that they knew that the sofa bed is not suitable and they should have offered us an alternative gratis. They did however send someone to try and fix the bed but the design of the bed means it really would need 3 extra cushions fitted around the mattress to make it safe that children don’t fall into the gaps and suffocate!
