Location was perfect. Lovely room, very comfortable. Breakfast was exceptionally good. We will definitely return.

The greeting by an unpleasant male staff member. Didn't provide much information plus didn't informe us about possibility to hire bikes at the hotel. Not a good welcome when you arrive for the first time. All other staff were really nice.

The facilities are very good despite being able to tell the hotel is a bit dated, the breakfast was also very good as well with a nice variety of options.

There was a slight misunderstanding with the staff over the town tourist tax, as this was not informed by Booking at the time of the reservation and neither there was no heads up (as far as I can tell) from the hotel. They also charge you for every day, even the day of check out, which I guess might make sense from the town perspective but feels off if (as it was our case) you're leaving the town early.

Great breakfast, dinner both buffet style for halfboard as well as a la carte. Spacious rooms, large parking lot and plenty of space to park bikes. Beautiful park with outdoor pool.

Price for dinner at the restaurant on the high side for what is offered.

This was a family weekend in Prerow. The Sauna, Pool and Breakfast are superb. I would highly recommend the location directly at the forest to everyone who loves nature and a comfortable bed.

The building feels a bit old. I wasn't expecting a DDR weekend:)

Lovely hotel area with options for activities e.g. table tennis, chess, volleyball. Good and plenty breakfast till 11. Sauna area and pool are clean and invite for a pleasant time to relax.

Minor annoyance: The double bed was actually two separate beds moved close to each other, and so the mattresses drifted apart slightly during the night.

The heated pool with lots of Jacuzzi features was a big hit with our little kids. They preferred it over the actual sea! Bike rental company on site.
