The sleeping arrangements were excellent, providing a comfortable and restful experience. The availability of a lovely small kitchen for guests was a delightful addition. It offered the convenience of preparing quick meals or snacks, which added to the homely feel of the place. One feature that I particularly appreciated was the window in the bathroom. It allowed for natural light and ventilation, enhancing the overall comfort of the space. The room was spacious, providing ample space for relaxation and personal activities. This added significantly to the quality of my stay. Lastly, the presence of mosquito nets on the windows was a thoughtful touch. It ensured a peaceful, undisturbed sleep, free from the worry of insects.

Perfect location, close to the motorway. Easy parking by the hotel. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The family room was beautifully decorated and equipped with everything you needed. My children really enjoyed the bath with the star lights above.

If I have to write something then, the sofa bed is best used for children and the room felt a little stuffy and warm during the night, but it is summer.

Everything was perfect. We would recommend lowering the heating, due to climate, healthy sleep environment and costs. Specially during the night, but also during the day a few degrees lower would've been more than okay. There's a number you can call, but we wouldn't dare call this one at night ;-)

I had a wonderful stay at this accommodation. The room was lovely and cozy, and the breakfast provided was delicious and satisfying. The host was exceptionally attentive and kind, making sure all of my needs were met throughout my stay. The surrounding area was pleasantly quiet, allowing for a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Additionally, the room was always warm and comfortable, making it a perfect retreat after a long day. I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

We had a very pleasant overnight stay at Haus Biederstædt. It's a very peaceful location and easy access from the motorway. The Haus is super clean and comfortable, friendly and there is access to a kettle plus tea and coffee supplies. The beds were really comfortable and we slept very well. Good parking too. We'll definitely stay again.

We needed a hotel for one night travelling from Scandanavia to the Netherlands and this hotel greatly exceeded our expectations. We were looking for basic comfort, but in the details you could really feel that this place was run with dedication. We also enjoyed our dinner in a nearby Greek restaurant, making this a wonderful last day of the holiday instead of just a necessary stop-over.

The Hotel is very clean and nice beds, staff was very friendly! The breakfast was good and fresh. The Hotel was equipped with good noise reduction doors en wel isolated walls.

As a tip, install more mosquito nets in the windows, the rooms were rather warm so you want to open up a window but because it is near a creek and a pond there were a lot of mosquitos. We had rooms on the front side so on a weekday the people from the daycare across the street are a bit noisy quite early. These 2 remarks don't effect the nice stay we had!

Very clean and comfortable rooms. Breakfast was great with plenty of choice. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Quite area and we only stopped for one night on our way to Sweden.

The heating in the room couldn't be adjusted and I felt it was too late in the day to ask for it to be changed. We had both windows open which cooled the room down.

The bed sofa was not comfortable, but I guess it’s hard to have a comfy one.

Our entire stay worked out beautifully, even above expectations. It was easy to get into the B&B, totally friendly atmosphere, great room with lots of space and on top a perfect breakfast the next morning.
