Breakfast was very good, with a good selection on the buffet and most things well labelled. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was big, bright, spacious and comfortable, with a wonderfully equipped bathroom and fantastic shower.

My daughter and husband are coeliacs, but when we asked the chef about the cooked breakfast, his reply was very whimsical and not at all reassuring. I got the impression that he didn't take our health concerns seriously and didn't understand how dangerous it is for a coeliac to eat gluten. The rest of the staff were lovely, but the chef's attitude left a bit of a bitter aftertaste and neither my daughter nor my husband touched any of the cooked breakfast, as they didn't feel confident after the way they were treated by the chef. Also the parking in the garage is very tight, and when a few people park carelessly, taking up too much room, there aren't enough spaces for other paying hotel guests.

Excellent location within the city centre. Even if someone chooses not to walk, it's very close to a bus stop. The room was spacious, very clean, very quiet at night, and staff was friendly. There was someone at reception at all times, therefore, there are no restrictions on check in/out time.

Our mattresses were really quite worn out. There could have been a small gym with some equipment.

The location is central to Paderborn. The room was modern, clean and a good size. The bed was firm and comfy and the breakfast selection was good. Parking was available and included.

The only inconvenience was due to the hotel's location and shared use, we had to change lifts when traveling from the car park to our room on the first floor, this involved a short walk across the reception/lobby area.

This hotel is in a prime location to walk into paderborn and easy access to bars and eateries, great choice at breakfast, the rooms were clean and tidy with underground parking for €10 a day

There was no tea or coffee facilities in the room

Good price, helpful staff, location is great if you need close to town centre. Nice comfy bed. Room and bathroom, very clean, no trace of mould stains.

Brekfast was ok and everything fresh, but not great selection choice Loud talk of the other guests woke me up in the morning, doors not particulary well sound proof.

AC in the room but not able to use it as not switched on in the hotel at this time of year. Parking was very tight as we had a longer car

The hotel is in a very quiet location with bus stop Am Bogen very nearby. Travel from H f to hotel is thus convenient id one has little or no luggage. The staff is nice, they try to make things as comfortable as possible.

Personally I do not like a hotel close to a hospital. Breakfast items could be more diverse.

Amazing hotel and location right in the heart of Paderborn. Not to forget the staff that are really friendly and helpful.

The price could be slightly lower, then again couldn’t all price be better if lower😉

Clean room, great location, great breakfast. We traveled with a 4-year old and our dog and we were treated nicely. The staff helped us parking our van. We definitely recommend this place!
